As for the 2012 review, people should realize that most questions/problems get resolved, and resolved very quicky, just by getting on the phone...being at work is no excuse for not availing yourself for a phone call...one of you could have skipped lunch.  Legal/real estate matters are very serious matters requiring preparation and work by both sides!  As for emailing, I and most professional persons would agree with Miae. The amount of time it takes to write an email, wait for a response, and wondering/waiting when you'll get a response is a total waste of everyone's time...a follow-up call should have been made same or next day.  It's not like a store when you pay for exactly what you want and get the item instantly...legal/real estate matters require a working relationship because attorneys aren't mind readers.  Miae has always been able to address all my questions/concerns because I prepare a list of them and discuss them with her.  By preparing in this way, value is added by moving the discussion along, opening up the conversation and potentially bringing up more questions that I, or the lawyer, didn't think of before. You sound like a millennial who would rather IM, DM and text and who lost the basic skill of conversation along with cursive writing...both are lost arts nowadays with newer generations. Finally, the 2018 review with crazy all-caps, Miae always speaks to us in English and you're accusing her of only speaking with non-English speaking clients?  You need to check your own English because you really meant to write "unscrupulous". Miae absolutely knows what she's doing!  She has a good moral compass, is professional,  knowledgeable and very reliable.  If you need assistance with real estate contract/deed or personal will matters, then I definitely recommend her services.
