Went to Sonia's for the first time today and she did a great job with my taxes. Mine are a bit complicated due to salary, military retirement and investments and the fact I don't want a refund. But she did good and I'll be back next year. So why did she lose a star? Two reasons: 1. I called last week near the end of the business day to make an appointment for today. Nobody answered, but that was understandable that they may be busy during tax season. So I left a voice message and also left a message using their webpage. I did not get a call back the next business day. Normally I wouldn't have tried to call her back and found another company, but since she has nothing but 4 and 5 star reviews, and she's open on Saturdays, I decided to call her and still made an appointment. 2.
