I drove up here with a friend on Sunday night. Their hours clearly say that they are open until 1 am. I get there at 12:30 am. It's deserted, except for one car. I press the order button. No answer... I call the business. A girl answers and I explain how I'm trying to order. She then says they're closed. -___- ...Girl if you're gonna play that closing early game, why even answer the phone? Anyway I hear her co worker say in the background that they're open til 1:00 am. Well today I took a trip to Sonic's on Moreland Ave I been seeing reviews of the Chilli Cheese Coney and the .50 Cents Corn Dogs so I decided to hit the drive thru up today me and my Co worker. It was around 12:39 noon so we were in and out in no time . I ordered the Chilli Cheese Coney with 3 yes I said 3 Corn Dogs he ordered a number 7 it was a Hamburger of some sort but when we got the bag the burger was huge..... My order came with The Footlong Tater Tots and my Corn Dogs the Hotdog was ok will I order it again maybe not next time I want to try the Pretzel Bacon Chilli Dog but later on that night I re baked my Corn Dogs they were very good , better than what I had imagined would I order those again Yes...was it worth it ? yes lol until next time Happy Eating read more

Horrible Customer service! The guy at the intercom was very rude. The guy asked me "What you wanna order!". I was totally flabbergasted that he was speaking in that manner which I felt was very unprofessional. Then after I completed my order he stated "Is that all" This location is horrible and has way to many kids running the location. read more

This place has terrible customer from the manager all the way down to the immature children they have running the place they always get orders wrong, don't apologize, and are literally all so rude the only reason I come here is because it's close to me but after my last experience I will never come here again!! read more

I only come here when I'm going to the drive in. It's convenient but not always cheaper. The staff is friendly and the food is always hot. I love the cotton candy slush! A good quencher on these muggy nights. read more

While I try not to eat fast food that often, I have stopped in at this Sonic a handful of times over the past couple of years. The first time I went it took forever to get my order, but I noticed the drive through was moving at a decent pace. From then on I only used the drive through which worked out better. On one trip I was waiting in line for a while when a server came out of a side door with my food so I could get out faster. Sounds great, right? I gave her a ten for a 7 dollar order and rather than hand me my change she asked, "is the rest for me?" I have no problem with tipping for good service, but this was more like panhandling. I swore I wouldn't go back, but I did. I was running late and stopped by to grab breakfast. I was the only person in line, but it took forever to get my order. I'm rushing to work and grab the sandwich out of the bag only to find the eggs burnt beyond belief. They literally had a brown crust on the bottom that crunched when I bit into them. I guess the extra time they took to burn my meal is why it took so long to get my order. Today I stopped by in a moment of desperation and pulled up to the drive through. I sat there for about 30 seconds and never heard a voice asking for my order, to wait a moment, nothing. No straw for the drink. No salsa for the burrito. No creamer for the coffee. No ketchup for the tots. Oh I get it you have to ask for even the most basic things! You would think with the incredibly long wait for my order, they would have had the time to throw these things in the bag but, no. I should have known when I ordered from the deadpan unenthusiastic attendant on the other end of the speaker that I wasn't gong to get good service here. I really think there may be only one person back there. No wonder she is bitter. I guess I should have taken the time to check everything off the list of necessities. I love the food at Sonic but this team needs to step it up. Other than sitting in line with only one other car for 20 minutes waiting for my order, I got no straws with my drinks, no ranch for my wings and a broken milkshake cup that leaked all over the place. Also when I asked why I did not get the BOGO wings special after 5 since I ordered wings I was told I had to specifically ask for BOGO otherwise how would they know I want the free wings. Give me a break how stupid is this staff? I only gave the second star because the food is tasty. I hope corporate looks into this location for some major training. read more

I've been sitting in this drive thru for over 15mins waiting on two shakes and a cup of ice. It's should never take that long. Plus the lady at the window seems to have an attitude. I went a long time ago and the guy inside was wearing gloves scratching his head and nose then making food with said gloves on. It took forever for them to assist me, then i sower id never go again. Last night my friend and i were craving ice cream so we went..first thing is my order was wrong i ordered ore a and got reeses. THEN the milkshake was not milk, it was curdled milk! I kept eating it thinking it was ice!! It ruined my night and has put the fear in me to ever eat here again. SPOILED MILK! CURDLED MILK/? I frequent this place, and compared to what their customer service USE to be, they've improved quite a bit. The wait times are usually 10 mins (I guess) depending on what time of day you order and if you use the car hop vs the drive thru. The food is ususlly fresh though. I don't really have any serious issues about this place except 1) I found a piece of HARD plastic in my icecream that could have caused internal bleeding had I ingested it and 2) some of the employees don't give back change or the CORRECT change because they more than likely have an issue with on the spot math. . . I've just concluded my second trip to Sonic Memorial Dr. on a weeknight well before 10pm. This makes the second time that I pulled up to a totally dark parking lot with workers inside but claiming to be closed despite the drive thru sign displaying 24 hours. First Time/Last Time visitor. Thoroughly unimpressed with the Chili Cheese Frito Hot Dog. The fritos were stale, and there was so much psuedo cheese you weren't sure if it even had chili on it. Though the menu board claimed a price of $1.99 I was charged $2.29, and all the mgr could respond with was a shrug...not even an apology, much less a refund of the .30. Do not even think of going to the Sonic in either Milan or Trenton Tenn. What a "basketcase" of service and food. I spent on two different occasions combined over $22.00 for Meal number 7. "foot long cony" I did not get catsup even though I asked, got charge 50 cents for wedge of lemon for my 1.99 unsweet tea, no napkins or fork/knife to cut the conydawg and at Trenton they didn't even heat the dawg, they just put chili and expected you to enjoy. Whatta waste of my money, trust and faith for two outfits that are just out to cheat you out of a start of a good night on the town! After those two fiascos in the evening hours, I didnot enjoy the rest of those evenings like I know I had earned. First of all let me say it sucks I have to give a star to be able to give a review when this sonic restaurant doesn't even derseve 1 star. The service for this place is horrible!!! I'm in a household of 6 and me nor any of my family members will ever go back there again. We have gone several times and the service is always the same. When you pull in no one ever responds through the intercom. You have to drive up to the window and sometimes no one is at the window, when someone finally realizes there's a customer they apologize and ask about the order. That's after waiting for 15 minutes on someone to answer. I have left and said fuck it several times before. Once they grab your order they always get it wrong. The fries are always refried they are never fresh. And they always either forget condiments or a straw for your drink. Even when you decide to dine in the little benches you still wait for about 30 minutes to finally get your food. And again something's is always wrong with it. You can clearly tell the employees do not care about their job or the customers, if there's a manager that's even more absurd to think they don't care either. I've given them enough of my time and money and I'm done! I will never recommend this place to anybody! read more
