Visited Sonic today. As much as I love banana splits, I was so disappointed once I received my order. When ordered was a regular banana split but what I received was a mini. I was so upset. I asked the car hopper where the rest of it, he informed me that Sonic no longer carries the regular size. I had a very disappointing experience here. The employees were very rude and came across as extremely unprofessional.One employee, whose name I believe was Judith or something similar, actually cursed at me and refused to give me my food, claiming that I had never paid when I knew that I had already paid. On top of that, the computer system barely seemed to work, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. Customers should not be treated this way, especially when they have already paid for their food. I hope management addresses the way customers are being treated and improves the system and overall customer service. read more

I entered the drive through at 6:27pm this evening and was told that "I'll be with you in a minute." She finally took my order at 6:45pm. I drive around. (It's 6:50pm (now) and I'm still 3rd in line as I type this). It's 6:52pm, just moved up one spot. Ok. That was quick. Horrible experience!!! Called ahead because the last two times I went to Sonic in Breaux Bridge they weren't taking orders at menu board. They made you wait till you got to the window to order, after waiting 30 minutes to place an order was told ice cream machine was down. This time I called and was told ice cream machine was working. When I got to menu board I was told again we will take your order at window. When I got to window, again I was told ice cream machine is down. Told them I called before I came and was told it was working. They said they had turned it off (at 8pm) and that I'd have to wait at least 30 minutes for it to refreeze. They had on masks, but removed them once inside around food. I understand wearing masks around customers, but I'd like the same courtesy for my food. Also, they didn't have the famously known Sonic ice, but what looked like gas station ice from the bag. read more

I am done with this location. Twice I have filed complaints about being served burgers on flattened buns. Nothing has changed. It continues to be business as usual. Any other Sonic that I've visited has not served me a burger with a bun that looks like pancakes. read more

On our way back home from our Christmas vacation, we stopped at this location for a quick meal. I didn't have any problems with ordering; the employee who took my order was nice and professional, and my order was accurate. The problem I had was when our foods were delivered. The carhop was nice and professional, but her first mistake was not bringing straws for the 3 milkshakes we ordered. Before she left my vehicle to get the straws, she hands me my change which was incorrect. When she comes back to my vehicle, I hold up the change she gave me and the receipt and stated that I didn't get the correct amount of change back. As the carhop takes the receipt from me, she tells me that "the change is rounded up", and the amount is printed on the bottom of the receipt. Immediately, the carhop realizes that she didn't give me the coins, but I had to tell her that I didn't get the correct dollars back either. Again, she realizes her mistake, apologizes, and hands me the correct amount of change. I swear, I'm scared for this generation. Even with the change printed on the receipt, the employees I've come in contact with at every other Sonic location (in different states and cities) can't count, take an accurate order, or both. This is confirmation that I made the right decision to change careers and become a teacher; we have to do a better job of educating our children in math, reading, and common sense. read more

Love this place! Never have complains except today , I went through with some friends & i got a cherry limeade , I LOVE them! but i always get Lite Lineade because it is a little to sweet for me , Well i got my drink & It tasted like sprite no cherry or limeade flavor but the color was pinkish , I had politely asked to just have my drink remade & they didn't have to worry about the light limeade , I guess they were upset i asked for my drink remade that my drink tastes just like lime , I see the pink but there is no cherry taste in my drink, It took a while for my drink to come out so who knows what happened to my drink being remade as i had to go up & get my drink. Sad to say i won't be ordering drinks from this establishment again. read more

I went to Sonic with my girlfriend & her sister, waiting to try the Mocha Java Chiller they told me about the whole way there that I was so excited to try!!! As I arrived I ordered what they wanted, & also my mocha java chiller. When I ordered they paused & put me on hold, suggesting that they didn't know what it was. I got my java chiller, thinking I was about to taste the best shake ever. Instead I got a chocolate coffee float. It was not pleased & my gf & her sister told me that it was made wrong as well. I hope that next time I go someone is there that knows how to make java chillers. read more
