We were lucky to have made it to their happy hour drink specials!!! I hadn't had Sonic in a while. It looks like they serve breakfast as well as their normal burgers, hot dogs, snacks, and specialty drinks. Besides our drinks, we ordered Ched 'R' Peppers, fries, and cheese tots. Sonic offers a $1.99 menu option. They also have a rewards program for you to join. It would be beneficial if you ate here frequently. Overall, it was a painless experience. We drove up and parked. Today is the ¢79 slush day so we went to get slushes and I wanted nerds added in. When we heard the total was $8 I was confused in how it was so when they brought the slushes out they said it was a "nerd slush with coconut add in". I of course complained and they "made an exception" this one time but normally don't do it, but when I pulled it up, the exact same slush, it took the $2 off that should have been off. read more

In the photo- you'll see nothing but trash underneath the equipment and a large puddle of water that workers had to walk through. (Didn't seem safe.) At the drive through line we were there for over 10 minutes- place seemed to be understaffed at that time so it was understandable. But at the drive through we didn't get straws, came back and no one answered the ring. I've had multiple problems here multiple times and it just seems to be getting worse. Horrible service. I ordered a burger and fries. When I got my food and started eating it was cold. This means the burger I ordered with modifications was just sitting there for who knows how long. If it's to difficult for your cooks to cook fresh food to order then you need to consider replacing your staff. This can make someone violently ill and is against health codes. read more

I contacted your company early in December about some terrible food we received at the Carthage, MO location. Received an automated response that someone would be contacting me. Well guess what? No one did. So now I'm here letting people know what we were served. First of all folks, they no longer have grilled chicken, only fried. My husband's sandwich was so filled with grease we could twist it and wring it the grease out of it. There was a pile of grease on the paper towel. He didn't eat it. We both had french fries that were greasy and cold and covered with debris from what we assume were filthy fryers. They were also burned. They were not consumed. We sent photos of the fries to your company. I had wings, but was afraid to eat them after the chicken sandwich and fries issues. The absolute most disgusting food we have received from a fast food restaurant, ever! One positive note was the politeness of the employees. Because your company failed to contact us I will be leaving reviews on all social media sites possible. Sorry that it's come to this, but this comes after several written attempts to contact you. I called your company today to let them know how upset we were that you didn't care enough about your customers to make contact with us. FYI: unlike most people we are not looking for free food. They offer sweet tea as a option but the chances you ever getting it is like winning the lotto. If your not going serve sweet tea take it off the menu instead of wasting people time with this or actually make it sweet for once. Your the only sonic that doesn't do it. read more

This sonic is horrible. The wait time to get your food is way to long. There are several car hops that don't give you your correct change. I'm not sure if they are not well educated or they may be trying to get extra tips. read more

So just to give you an example of how let down I was, I literally downloaded yelp, made this Sonic a place on yelp and put in all there info JUST to complain on this app, so I understand it's the 4th of July tonight but this is not the first time I've been disappointed and when it happens the first time I just give it the benefit of the doubt like maybe there having a busy day. But no. Tonight me and my family were having a great night of fireworks and decided to go to sonic for some ice cream and a quick snack, our food was cold and they forgot forks, spoons, and even ranch that we asked for TWICE. And KENNY, our car hop literally walked out like he was scared for his life, my brother was with us at the time and he used to work at sonic, he even said that they did it wrong. But to be quite honest I wasn't pushed to make this review until we got back to our family members house, they said they NEVER go to sonic because it is a waist of money and they can't do there job correctly, I strongly do not recommend this Sonic at all, if possible go to Joplin please. read more
