Sat in a stall for 15 min then I moved to another one. No one came and no one answered. ON EITHER ONE.Very irritating. I left.

Went into a parking spot and nobody helped. Kept pressing button for 10-15 mins. Then went into drive through waited and waited and nobody came in the speaker to help! Pulled up and the people behind us were immediately helped! Got to the window and the lady wanted to mouth off and said "they had an online order so we helped them first" waited for a second and then nobody came out to give their food for this online order so the car behind got mad and drove off WITHOUT the food that was supposedly an "online order" So tell me how did she know that the car behind us was an online order and helped them at the speaker and not us. We could have had an online order too but she never checked with us! horrible customer service! I've been a customer of the Clarendon texas Sonic for some time, and their service gets better over time. The car hops are friendly and make sure that I am satisfied with my order. I would suggest they monitor their parking lot and stalls daily so they can sweep up the sand and litter that blows in. Also, the curb appeal is a little bit off because of the weeds growing through the xeriscape. read more

Go here while you can! There aren't a whole lot of options on this highway and I was HUNGRY! Everything tasted as it should, there is a drive-through (so you don't have to wait in car), the staff were nice, and the food was hot and prompt. No complaints here! Love Sonic when I'm on the road. In general though, my recommendation to Yelpers is to eat at more healthy places please :) read more

By far the best sonic we have been to in years. We just happened to stop by on a road trip and we were worried about the number of cars in the drive thru. To our surprise, they moved very quickly, were incredibly friendly and the quality of the food surpassed what we've been served at our local sonics. Fresh and made with care! Lots of the drive in screens don't work, we finally just went through the drive through. Sonic is typically very consistent as it was in Clarendon. What was great about our visit was the drive thru attendant. She was a hoot! Hilarious and gave great service. Sonic...y'all need to give her a raise! I should have gotten her name. You get half price drinks if you use the app but the app doesn't allow for all add ins for drinks. I like chocolate and cream added to my Dr Pepper (not an option on the app). I also like my onion rings well done. I didn't see that option either. Bait and switch type tactics. You can have half price drinks if you want some things added to your drink but not others. Flies are terrible here. They need to set out something to catch them. I tried to tell them the app wouldn't work for my order when we ordered but was ignored. So had to pay full price. read more

It was an adequate stop on a long journey. When the only fast food options in the area are Subway, Pizza Hut, and Sonic, it's a worthy contender. Food was decent for a Sonic, and was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The drive-thru was crowded, which may be why the other reviewers got theirs so late. Ice cream machine was broken, speakers were out, slow service, and also got our order wrong! Worst sonic I have ever been to.

Ordered food from the stall by the door. Girl read my order back to me and gave me my total. Waited while my friends all finished their meals. Asked the girl about my meal and said that it was never entered into the system. Keep up the great work! read more

For starters the service is terrible, when we first pulled up to the ordering machine that you receive food via carhop, the machine did not work! So, we went to the drive thru, when we arrived we were sixth or seventh car back, not a usual sight for a sonic at 9:00, when we got to the ordering system 25 minutes later, the speaker was so loud you could not understand a word the woman was saying!!! It hurt our ears and after we complained the woman said she was going to fix it and then preceded to do nothing!!! When we finally got to ordering, our order of green chile burgers, they didn't have any green chile! So we asked for them without green chile... Add however many minutes later we had to order again because she messed up all of the combos and had everything in single orders!!! After that we simply watched her make food, with at least another person in the room making food with her, they spent the entire time talking and freezing on our food orders which made it take about 3x as long to get our food!!! If you ever have to pass through Clarendon, do not go to the Sonic! read more
