Family road trip stop. Ordered on app 10 minutes ahead to hopefully make it a quick pick up. It took 15 minutes after checking in. My 'sausage' breakfast burrito had no sausage. My wife's Supersonic burrito also lacked sausage and Tator tots. Fries were cold. My kids both liked what they got so I gave an extra star. read more

Then I placed another order for an extra lemon and a corn dog just so I could get another lemon and it took them 15 minutes and there was nobody else at the restaurant. This location is very poor. Orders take a long time (30 min) to get. Last cheeseburger I ordered was like eating a shingle...cooked way too long. Sonic app orders are the worst. Lost orders, incorrectly filled. I'd recommend passing exit 57 for another restaurant. read more

We have tried this Sonic twice in the past couple of weeks for some ice cream. The first stop took 20+ minutes for anybody to answer. It was a Friday and it was busy, so whatever. When the guy answered, he misheard my husband's order so the charges on the screen were wrong. We didn't want to wait *another* 10-20 minutes for the guy to get back around to us, so we tried to pay with a card. Card reader didn't work, so we left. Stopped by again last night since the place wasn't as busy. Pushed the red button and after 7 minutes of no response and the red button light timing out, we bailed again. Don't think we'll be going back anytime soon. read more

Not worth the stop for food, it's terrible. My wife and another friend they had chili fires and after the 3rd bite they started throwing up. Was very glad no chili for me. Drinks are the only reason to stop here. That's if you can get them 2 take your drink order. After pushing the button, including our vehicle 4 total. The other 3 were there when we got there. 7 minutes of waiting just to get 2 drink orders. They were too busy chatting to wait on a customer. When it said your order is on it's way. Order delivered. But 12 minutes later it arrived after it said it was delivered. So they do that to make it look like they are getting the orders out quick, and they look good to the owners & supervisors. Almost new looking Sonic with a drive thru in on he exit side of the of the parking lot. Nice smooth driveway. Nice people and fast service. The 3 stars is for okay tasting food served at barely above room temp. People, I my burgers and fries HOT and my Coke COLD! I am willing to wait 10-15 minutes to get it that way too. No excuse to serve cold fries, they are too high in calories to waste on ones that are cold. read more

I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup only... they gave me a bun with ketchup. This is why we need to lower minimum wage.

Possibly the worst restaurant in all of Clarksville and Johnson County. I have to repeat myself to the employees a lot, takes to long for the food to arrive, and when it does it's either wrong or gross. My burger is always dry and the bun is always wet, chicken strips are dry and soggy, and fries are over salted. Very surprised this place is still open. They should just give up and put something else there. read more

There's been multiple times I've only got a drink, took 15-20 minutes just to get my order taken and another 25 to get only a drink. Went today(3/27/2021) to get lunch. This is one of the many Sonics I pass on my way to work every morning and it is fairly easy to get on and off the interstate to reach this one so I thought I would make it my morning drink stop. However, with only two other cars here and it takes several minutes before they'll even answer their call light, I believe I'll keep going down the road next time. read more

You know when you watch television and a commercial for a place, usually a restaurant, comes up and you're like "what the hell, where is that"? Living in Los Angeles, I say that when I see a Long John Silver's (eh?), Ceci's Pizza(what?), Dunkin Donuts (i wish) and Sonic Drive In Ad. This was about now 3 years ago when I went to this Sonic and there is now a Sonic near by, as in Orange County nearby. Back to the review. When my wife and I drove on our cross country trip to Georgia, we decided stay at a motel in Clarksville, AR. This was our second stopover on our trip and this town has a cheap motel. So my penny pinching ways convinced my wife to stay here. Deciding to find something to eat, led us to drive around the town. Driving down we spot other same ol fast food joints until we drove a bit more and there it was, SONIC DRIVE IN. My wife and I looked at each other as if we had seen big foot. So of course we ate here, and boy was it tasty. The toaster burger was great. The coney chili dog delicious. Oh and the tots, those tasty tasty tots danced in my dreams for several days after. Don't let me get on those slushes either. One there, one to go and one after we left Clarksville. All I can say is, if someone opened a Sonic in Los Angeles it would take off and I'd be first in line. read more

If I could give this less than one star, I would. This is seriously the worst sonic to go to. Every time we go, something is either overcooked, melted, or is just plain sloppy. Don't even bother going when they're busy, because it's 10 times worse. I few nights ago I ordered a milkshake and cheddar peppers. What I received was a melted kinda-sorta chocolate shake, without whipped cream or cherry and extremely overcooked cheddar peppers. Overall, you're better off going to McDonald's or Wendy's. Seriously, I'm not sure they could get an order right if their life depended on it. I hardly ever eat out but the one time I do it's terrible and wrong. Not just once, but twice! I called after our first order (which was 23$) she said come in tomorrow they'd fix it no problem, so I did. I let them know EXACTLY what was wrong and what to fix. Use to be one of my favorite burger places in Clarksville but now it's very low on the list. The food is comes out at room temperature not sure why you always have to wait for it it's never hot. Last time I was there there were more employees talking and laughing in the parking lot than waiting on customers maybe that's why. Besides being cold the quality of the food has taken a turn for the worse their burgers use to have flavor now very little flavor and always on a soggy bun like it's been sitting their waiting for me. Have brought this to managements attention 3 times and each time they apologized and said they addressed it with their employees.
