The desserts are fun and really good. If it's busy there will be no place to sit, it is a very tiny place. So we usually get ours to go.

No one in this place is able to comprehend or communicate in English. The his is not a bash review. But maybe hire a couple of bilingual people and see what happens then. This was so good! I randomly found it on Yelp and surprised my family with "Just trust me and listen to the GPS"! The kids were so excited! First off, the place smells bad. They need to take the trash out more frequently because spoiled fruit stinks. Secondly, there are no posted prices on anything. If you ask the price of a menu item, it triggers a conversation in Spanish between the employees as if they have to take a vote to decide what to charge. Additionally, the employees are dismissive, vacant and rude. I stood for several minutes waiting to be acknowledged. There was no line, they weren't that busy, but nobody offered to help me until I spoke up, then it was an obvious annoyance. All I wanted was a waffle cone and a mangonada. Even though the pictures are on the menu, I was unable to convey my wishes to anyone who understood at all, and never did get a solid answer about price. I looked around to see if I was being punked and a customer seated behind was obviously as bewildered by the exchange as I. Gaping in disbelief, we just shrugged at each other. The waffle split was great but the coffee shake was not what we expected (not made with ice cream). The waffle split is big enough for several to split!! What I didn't enjoy was the environment. It's so loud! Between the TV blaring and the making of the mixed ice cream and the customers talking...it's louder than a bar scene. This is an easy fix for the owner so hopefully when we come back we will see an improvement with the noise level and can improve the review as well. read more

I was able to visit the location off Grand on one occasion and it was AMAZING!!! I would love to try the fruit cup on my next visit but the rolled ice cream was worth every penny. I was not able to eat it all in one sitting so I did place it in the freezer and even a day or two later it was worth it. Great place to visit for your dessert needs. My first time trying it, a menu I found online said shakes were $5.75.... They were $10! I was hoping they were expensive for a reason, no, I paid $10 for a strawberry shake with artificial strawberry sauce. They have no lids for the shakes, don't offer to go, if you don't have to go containers. My sister spilled hers bc the cup carriers are not strong enough for the shakes either. I had the strawberry (one plus syrup) and cream frozen on a stainless steel freezer surfaces. The combo fruit and cream is then rolled up placed in a cup and toppings may be added. The place is a cacophony of music and spatulas pulverizing additives for the ice cream. All in all a pleasant experience. Ohhhh man, this place is legit. Seriously guys you need to run and try this place once in your life. First, it doesn't look like much from the outside and the parking it's kind of weird but once you get inside and see their menu of goodies u will be in heaven. Sidenote--- this place gets full fast, there is only about 4 or 5 tables and a huge high top table, I have seen times when the line has been several feet long with people waiting to come in. Now let's say that u made it in and see the menu, I highly recommend The Mangonada, it's delicious. U can tell that they use at least one big size mango and it's obvious how fresh it is. My sister tried one of their freak shakes and she loved it. FYI I think that one freakshake is a complete dinner, that's how huge they are. The menu is huge, you have taco ice cream, yes u read that right. A banana split with waffles. They also have Chilindrinas!!!!!
