Took an hour to get very mediocre food. Drive thru atmosphere was very "get your food and then get the hell out" We ordered a number two and specified nothing but ketchup because of a severe dairy allergy. Brought out the food thirty minutes later with cheese and had to remake it. Messed up on the drink order and forgot straws. I know Sonic isn't exactly fine dining but I definitely have been to better ones. All of the food was either overcooked, late, or cold. read more

If I could give this place a -5 I would. I can honestly say I can see why they get NO business at all. Our food was burnt. 30+ minutes waiting for the food you had ordered with the mobile app is unacceptable. Watching cars come and go while some of the car hops are playing with the menu speakers, then being told that our food was just finished (even though the monitor in the stall said it had been done 25 minutes earlier and the food was barely lukewarm) doesn't earn even a single star rating, but I couldn't leave less than that. In fact, neither did the handful of 99¢ drink coupons that was shoved in my hand. I don't want anything free, but having something that says, "Sorry. I was the third car in the drive through. Took over 30 min to get my food. After got my food I pulled to the side and realized they were missing an entire chicken tender meal. Went to window and finally got that. Got home and they gave me a tea instead of sprite, and a sausage toaster instead of bacon. Order a double cheeseburger and got a single. Terrible!! read more

The food is okay, it'll suffice if you need something to eat and don't want to drive across the street to Taco Bell or any other fast food place. We came here a couple times because my family from out of town (Alaska doesn't have Sonic) came visiting and wanted to get a cherry limeade. I tasted it and it wasn't anything special, and did t have much of a lime flavor until my mom squeezed the lime wedge into it. The tots were good, though. The serve was okay. The first time it took about 15 mins to get our food and pay. The second time it only took about 5 mins. The second time we went the server was really nice. Another disheartening visit. TERRIBLE service. I never really have had any issues with this sonic so I was in disbelief with how the employees acted today. The staff at this location are very nice the drive-thru had the crew hopping to keep the traffic from backing up off of Madison Street. But the food and desserts are worth the wait. Unfortunately tonight I witnessed some rude patrons taking out their frustrations on the staff. The manager listened to a couple rant without raising her voice or saying an unkind word. Most people could not have done it under the pressure. On such a great night to be out patrons have to understand that for great food and great desserts longer wait times have to be expected especially on half-price Shake night. Can't get an order right to save their life I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger plain with ketchup only and what do I get, a fully loaded burger. The reason for my frustration is that the lady didn't even write down that it was supposed to be plain with ketchup only which would have been avoided if the screen that shows you your order even worked. The only thing I can say is there is a guy named Sam who worked here and he was the only one with a decent enough personality and was outgoing enough to get me a manager to resolve the issue (thanks Sam). Don't believe the website, they turn the lights off early to avoid customers after 10pm it seems because when you drive by they give the illusion of being closed. I understand that you don't get the best customer service when you choose fast food. However, this place is probably the worst fast food place in Clarksville. The staff is rude. They get your order wrong and do not care to fix it. They rush your orders. They attempt to keep your change rather than give it back and you have to remind them that $10 is not a tip. I now just drive the extra miles to the sonic of Wilma. I should not have to feel like my simple order is an inconvenience because the staff does not want to work. read more

They're always, ALWAYS rude to people here. I've met a couple of carhops that are friendly, but mostly the people at the drive-thru are rude. I had to repeat my order three time today, and eventually just asked for another person to take my order. Then, the order was rang up correctly (on my receipt it was accurate), and I still had the wrong thing made for me. In fact, I'm almost certain that they put two different types of sauce on my boneless wings. Not to mention they were literally soaking in a 1/2 inch layer of this unknown sauce.
