Finally found a place where the employees are worse then mc Donald's.. The girls taking people's orders can't get it right and not stop asking you to repeat your self .. obviously there distracted cause they still messed up everything from burgers to drinks removed what we didn't ask and added what we didn't ask for.. we used to go to this place all the time now we pulled up was trying to place our order and every time I ordered something the response back was will that be all will that be all will that be all will that be all well I'm trying to tell her something will that be all will that be all I asked her nicely to please let me speak and she said girl I'm about to hang up on you and disconnected my order when I called the manager out her response was I'm not clocked in yet then send me forward to have my order taken says the other girl walked out After hanging up on us through the intercom, and she has no clue where she is on top of it all of our food was sloppy and wrong. it was a young crew with a young manager, who had no clue what to do when my food was handed to me the girl just close the window as fast as she could. The last 2 times I've gone to the Sonic in Clinton AR, they've gotten my order wrong. I ordered a Sonic burger with NO lettuce and NO onion and NO ketchup. It came with lettuce and onion again! The first time I sent it back and it took them 15 minutes to fix it. And of course it was cold. The 2nd time, I just left the lettuce and onion on the ground for them. I'll take my business elsewhere. They scream for more money, but wont' do the job right! Earn what you already get and then you might get raises. That's how it use to work! Nice enough staff but the place won't let me order with my Sonic app. Owners haven't arranged for app specials while they don't take the app. At least arrange for the order taker to use the word "sorry" or "it's not a local decision", if that's the case read more

It's a fast food restaurant. Try to not eat at these places often but it happens. Ordered a bacon melt slider and bun was burnt on the underside. Hate to sound stereotypical but that's what you get when kids are cooking. Some of them anyway. read more
