I was never able to order. Waited 30 minutes. Two different stalls. One of the things came out that I think was a lady. She only came out to deliver food one time while I was waiting. Half of her time walking to the stall was used picking buggers out of her nose. read more

TERRIBLE experience.. terrible attitude, took 30 minutes to come to the window to help, went to get a slushy, looked like soup in a cup, requested a new slushy, made the wrong thing, then got an attitude when they were told it was completely wrong. would not recommend going here, unless you want to get dirty looks, a terrible attitude, and no help. read more

I won't be eating sonic again I went through the drive through last night after my sons band concert. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, motz sticks, and a drink. My children ate the sticks and my husband and I had the burgers. I woke up this morning and got sick. I have food poisoning from this place. If I could've given a 0 I would. We live in town and have been coming nightly for slushies. With every visit the service gets worse. We waited 32 mins for one large slusher and one small slush. The one girl with dark hair was to busy chillin with her BF to work. 5 cars came and went through the drive thru and our order was placed 7 mins ahead of the first car. So frustrated with this place! Was hungry but confused where to eat. This experience reminded me never to eat at sonic! My chicken sandwich was ordered with onions. I got no onions and microwaved hard chicken. Ordered two small ched'r'peppers. Only got three in each container. Yes I double checked! Yes I triple checked the menu! Only three! Ugh! Don't eat here! Wow. The worst sonic I've ever been to. Stopped in on my way to Stl. Ordered a medium strawberry shortcake slush float. Waited for 20 minutes, finally a guy brings me out just a regular slush. So I give him my order again. He leaves. 10 more minutes, he comes back to the car to confirm my order. Okay?? So them 10 more minutes, he brings me out something completely different than I originally Ordered, and let me know that something is wrong with the ice cream machine, so it's runnier than it should be. It was gross. So after 40 minutes of all that, threw it in the trash. Thanks for nothing! read more

Decided to stop by this Sonic on our way back home. We aren't from here. The girl who served us was very rude but we still tipped her $4. After looking at my meal, I had ordered the chicken strip dinner meal and noticed that there was a piece of toast but it was burnt and had literally no butter on it. I asked if they were able to give me a new piece of toast with butter on it since mine didn't have any. The girl said "I will have to go ask them" and I said ok thank you. A few minutes later she sent a young boy out there with a new piece of toast on it that did have butter which I was happy about, but since she was tipped and not him, I thought that was kind of rude. Looking at the reviews of this place now I would have never went in the first time pace. I definitely won't be back to this location if I am ever out this way again. I hate leaving bad reviews but I think the owner really needs to look into these since it looks like nothing is being done. EDIT: A few hours after we ate here, my fiancé started throwing up everywhere and got sick 3 times. This place is terrible. read more

Back in high school Sonic was the cool place to work. Where else can you wear roller skates at work? Sonic was where my friends worked and they had amazing slushies, floats, and don't forget those amazing cheddar bites. When I was pregnant with my daughter I had two cravings. One was sushi (which I could only have chicken teriyaki sushi) and the other was sonic cheddar bites with ranch with a vanilla Dr. Pepper. I rarely drink soda now days, but Sonics is the perfect amount of syrup mixed in. When I was headed to St. Louis to end my trip I decided to stop in at the Cuba Sonic and I was pleased on my attentive and speedy service as well as the food quality.
