That doesn't mean I know where everything is, just that I have a basic idea of what area to head toward! I have never had to go roaming around to find an item or to find someone to assist me. I would say I'm usually approached in under a minute if I'm standing there looking a bit confused. They always seem to be well staffed and the staff is knowledgeable about various wines, liquors, etc. If the person helping you doesn't know something, they find someone who does. The store is always clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They're usually well stocked (at least for items we're looking for). I don't love roaming around a big store and shopping, but they make it easy! Of course I'll be back!

I know its a chain but I appreciate them working with the local vendors to have items in stock in case I cannot make it to the brick mortar shop. I am in love with Brick River Cider and Ace Cider and I can count on this location to have what I need. Their NA section of beer, wine, and spirits is top notch too. A bartender friend of mine picks up these items to when hosting sober nights. A fun thing about this place is that they card everyone in their 30s and below! It's always a nice compliment to feel young again. This place is very accessible and if not too busy you can ask for a customer service representative to help be your personal shopper. And if you have small children you must keep them with you at all times but it is often best not to bring them on this shopping run if not 100% necessary.

My issue now with their business is that the workers are not that friendly AND their prices are sky higher than Total Wine and More. I went yesterday and bought some wine that costs around $15 per bottle, and yet at Total Wine it cost $5 cheaper. Why do they mark it up so much? I refuse to give them business when I can go just up the street and pay less. The owner of this franchise should rethink of how they mark up the prices, and have employees that actually enjoy being at work and not be so damn rude. Yesterday was the last day I give them business. Big thumbs down for them!! P.S. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean, which is a plus. They sell a variety of liquor kits as well as varying sizes and flavors of alcohol brands, from shots to the giant bottles. I've never seen the small shot bottle of Chambord until arriving at this liquor store. They also carry limited edition items which I haven't seen at Total Wine.
