The Main Manager called me and was asking extremely rude. She actually told me " are you saying I don't know how to run my restaurant". Well I hope your store owner sees this look straight up at the little yellow stars. You barely have a 1 star rating for the store you are running so good. This is the worse restaurant I have ever attended. The people were extremely rude and darn close to threatening. It could have easily gotten out of control and the confrontation gone seriously wrong. I love sonic's food, everything else is horrendous but this may be the last straw. I ordered through the app to "save time" but it took 45 minutest to get my food. Dozens of red button pushes, multiple calls to the store did not get their attention. I finally walked up to the drive thru window and waited another 5 minutes. Was told that they did not have the staff to bring me my food. I guess their solution was ignore me until I gave up. We are Sonic regulars, and chose this restaurant for our dinner on our weekend trip. It is THE BEST Sonic we have ever been to. There are several things that impressed us: Quick delivery to our table Amazing food Excellent customer service Quick: Within 3 minutes of ordering Sarah came out to deliver our food. That was a pleasant surprise. And it included everything that we ordered. Food: The burger and chicken were hot and fresh. Blast and and Slushee were cold and perfect. Bad customer service all around. They will make you wait 40+ minutes for cold food. They will also leave out $12+ worth of food from your bag and corporate will refuse to refund you or even act surprised. Children are running this place at night and it's obvious. Heaven needs an attitude adjustment too. If she doesn't like her sad little job maybe she should find a new one. She blames everything on the cook when my food is ice cold. Hate the updates to the building. I drive a large van. Those poles they put at the back of the drive in spots made it almost impossible to back out. We could see other poles with paint transfers on them. So others have hit them. We loved their food and ate there quite a bit. Don't like the drive thru we like to take our time choosing what we want. We like to eat in a drive in spot so our dog can come along. I have heard other people complaining about the poles also. Never had a problem before but the construction worker cutting the metal poles down peppered my truck with sparks and metal shavings. After trying to get his attention to no avail his partner stopped him. After asking him what he was doing and if he thought that was a good idea he proceeded to tell me to move along and to leave. I pulled up and got out to ask him who he was and who he worked for to no avail. The manager (nick) responded by taking the construction workers side without trying to find out what happened. They called the police and I met them shortly after because I had to leave for work as u was late already. Total lack of professionalism and morality. Apparently the manager would rather have their construction workers cause minor damage to their customers vehicles instead of sticking up for his customers. A formal complaint has been filed and I will never return to the "new" sonic. read more
