It felt like a community. We got to meet the owner. He is a winner of the cooking tv show Chopped. A very nice, humble man who loves what he does. I'm a fan of chopped and have been since I was a little kid, so it was very cool to me to meet and talk to him. He gave us his Apple Cobbler Burnt Ends for free. The ambiance of Phat Tabb's BBQ was amazing. It captured the western vibe, while also feeling welcoming in many ways. I would highly recommend Phat Tabb's BBQ.
