Bought a large fry for $4 + tax and I received maybe half of a normal sized thing of fry's. Not to mention cold and not salted. Great job!

One of our drinks was a blue powerade slush with cherry added flavor. No flavor was added and I was charged. Not happy.

This is where my addiction to Sonic began a year and a half ago. It was the dead of winter the last time I came and there was snow everywhere and nothing to do. I made my husband, then boyfriend, take me to Sonic daily, sometimes twice a day to get my Diet Cherry Limeade fix. They are magnificent. And the people at Sonic are always so cheerful and sweet. Today was the first time I went to Sonic's Happy Hour. We got 2 large Cherry Limeades for $1.92. SWEET! The only hard thing was finding parking. EVERYONE, and their mother, in Emporia was there for Happy Hour. Next to Wal-Mart, this is my favorite place in Emporia. read more

I know it's just a Sonic, but as someone who is addicted to the Sonic Ice, i've been to a LOT of Sonics all over and this one is superior. Had the worst experience tonight! We ordered a regular chili cheese cony and a footlong cheese coney and 2 orders of tater tots, got 2 footlong 1 had chili the other did not! and the hot dogs were old as they were burned on one side and wrinkled! Probably past pull time! Tasted like crap! Not like the sonic I grew up with! So disappointed! read more

This is the first Sonic that I have been to that has a sand volleyball court and a playground for the kiddos, so that part is pretty cool. And as far as the service it is by far one of the best I've gotten at a Sonic restaurant. And they actually put ingredients in your Sonic Blasts! The other Sonics that I have been too put the ingredients just on the top with the whipped cream, but this Sonic had ingredients all the way at the bottom. I found a half an Oreo and the bottom was completely coated with cheesecake crumbles in my Oreo cheesecake shake. That is what I expect when I get a dessert with mixed ingredients. First sonic I've seen with outside family area including playground with sand and volleyball court. Very friendly service.

I am a huge Sonic fan and was happy to move back home and have one available again. 1. You can't beat their drink specials and happy hour, 2. It is economical, and 3. Tater Tots bring back fond childhood memories. That said, as much as I love Sonic AND the happy hour, sometimes the food can suffer a bit during that time on occasion. Of course it's usually uber packed and they are probably rushing like crazy. But still, one of my favorite fast food go to places. I love my Sonic. read more

As far as customers go, this Sonic is wonderful. Their carhops are fast, friendly and attentive, and the cooks are good and enjoy their jobs. BUT the way the manager treats her employees is horribly wrong. When people are sick with cancer and she can't find a spot for them more than three hours a week, but everyone else gets full time hours, that's just not right. She yells at them and tells them they don't have a clue what's going on. Honestly, she is the one that doesn't have a clue. Would you fire an employee that always got "5"'s (the highest) on surveys? Would you fire the employee that came in did her job and didn't complain, other then just playing around? She allowed her management staff to run off the best drink maker she had their because she didn't want to "deal with the problem". Well, I'm sorry, you are the boss. That's your job. So yeah, maybe I am a disgruntled ex-employee, but if they treat their employees this way, it's only a matter of time before the customers get the same treatment. read more
