I didn't receive everything I ordered over the intercom and they didn't read my order back to make sure they had my order correct. When I asked at the window if I could add the item that was missing that I had asked for at the intercom they said no they couldn't help me with that. read more

The communication here is horrible. I asked for a Sonic Blast, and they decided to give me a shake instead. When somebody goes through your drive-thru and something isn't available you tell them that it's not available that way. When your customer asks you for a Sonic Blast and not a shake you give them a Sonic blast. Failure to communicate makes you lose money because the customer will give you back everything they got and have you refund it. Out of 8 times they have gotten one order correct. They are rude and will hang up when you call to complain about the issue. The manager immediately jumped to playing a race card when it had nothing to do with race. Then after not being given a receipt she said that I can't help you if you don't have a receipt. I completely get it. I worked at Texas Roadhouse during the pandemic madness & sympathize with anyone showing up to work in the service industry right now. Customers can be awful & rude. THAT said, when I heard the total of my order, I immediately knew that they accidentally doubled my order. I spoke to them asking if they just got my one combo and I got no response. So I got to the window and asked and right when they shut the window, I heard them in there telling them "SHE SAID TWO. NOW SHE ONLY WANTS ONE?" Guys.....common. I tried correcting it before hand, no one answered me. I was nice and calm. But please be mindful that customers can still hear you when the drive thru window is shut. If I heard anything worse, I would've immediately drove off. Please be mindful and respectful to customers who are just as mindful and respectful back. I know what I ordered. I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Pretty annoyed that hubby got the whole way home with food after they verified what the order was when handing it to him and they did not give us what we ordered. They had two cars in the stalls and two cars in the drive through. They were not busy at all and we had to wait 25min to get our order in drive through. I get it at the window, the blonde woman forgot to give me a receipt and it looked kind of wrong...I go in and it's straight up just vanilla ice cream. I'm not usually one to complain but I don't like vanilla ice cream. So I go back buzz in, tell them what happen and they say "it'll be out in a minute." 15 minutes pass and nothing so I buzz in again and THEY FORGOT TO PLACE MY ORDER. So more waiting...about 7 minutes and the blonde woman comes out hands it to me-doesn't make eye contact, doesn't apologize and walks away. I taste it AND ITS PLAIN VANILLA ICE CREAM. Im very disappointed in the service i get from sonic. I come to the 23rd ave sonic and have to wait 15 minutes from the time i order to the time i receive my order. Mind you this only happens in the evening hours. I pull up to the drive thru to order have to wait to order after i wait 5 minutes to order they take my order then i have to wait 10 minutes to get it. 1/2 the time its wrong. After working 13 hour days i just want to get my food and go home. That never seems to happen. Please can you get some people that are a little more aware of how to run a drive-thru im not sure if they even have a mgr working.
