I ended up having to contact corporate because the inconsistencies at your location are ridiculous. I've had to fight the 3rd party I used also to get refunded due to orders arriving entirely wrong. Also, on my last order, two bacon cheeseburgers didn't arrive as ordered, and the chili on the chili dog was 100% NOT Sonics chili. That was a Wolf brand style chili. Why would I pay for canned slop even if you did run out of the Sonics brand. Take it off the menu if you're out! Lost $20 as the order was wrong, missing and tasted awful. read more

Let me start by saying Sonic is basically part of my childhood DNA. I've been going since junior high, so it's practically a comfort food landmark for me. Well... today at approximately 11:07 am I swung by this particular Sonic, and the very first red flag was that not one single car was parked in those pull-in stalls. I was literally the only customer anywhere. My order--one Sonic burger, cheesy tots, and a Coke Zero--was somehow magically ready the second I pulled up to the window. And I'm thinking, Huh. That was... suspiciously fast. I get home, unwrap my nostalgic little lunch, and staring back at me--resting proudly on top of the bun--is a very obvious hair. And listen, I'm not a scientist, but... it had strong "absolutely-does-not-belong-on-food" energy. Possibly even pubic-hair energy. I tossed the whole thing straight into the trash. Game over. Between the mystery hair, the too-fast-to-be-real prep time, and the unfriendly window server, the whole experience was just... no. And honestly? Usually orders are correct from this location, but door dash order came unsealed last night. In this day and age that's a big nope for me.

Had the worst experience customer service. I ordered a Banana Pudding Shake- and they gave me a vanilla shake. They said they got the order as a vanilla shake not a banana pudding shake. The person that brought out the shake offered to fix it and pay the up charge "difference." Which we agreed. He came back and he said the manager refused to fix the shake. We had to reorder and pay for another shake. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard and experience. read more

Service was pretty good, although they had some trouble hearing me and my order. I ordered a normal hamburger with their Sour Patch Kids slush, which is hands down the best drink they have ever made. It was sour and sweet at the same time with chopped up SPK in the drink with whipped cream on top. Probably the best experience I've had a Sonic. read more

TERRIBLE! All I wanted was a root beer I gave them two tries to get it right. I had to walk away with nothing. They can't even give a refund because I didn't ask for a receipt. In my mind how do you mess up a root beer. Do not recommend. read more

I just had the worst experience of my life in the drive thru. I pull up to order the girl that was at the drive thru Destiny, had the worst attitude I ordered the food she says say it again then I wanted a slushie she says you can't get a slushie with no explanation then she tells me to pull up and they would bring it out to me I waited 10 min for a corn dog kids meal then all the workers were walking around yelling at each other with their shirt tells half in and half out this place needs a staff uplift bad one thing for sure I will never go there again read more
