They order their coffee from a small business in NC. It is addicting. Even the decaf version is spot on. The staff and owner at Lindy's are always super nice and on top of it. We have been there several times and had to wait on a seat because they are always busy but that never stops the excellent service and food you receive. Grits were good ol plain butter and salt grits. No heavy cream, no cheese, just basic. Hard to find basic grits these days, and these were good. Seems like a place for regulars. I would go back!
