The Goddard Sonic lives down to the rest of the Goddard fast-food restaurants. The food is OK, the service is indifferent, at best. I've been to their curb service and drive through several times. There's nothing "wrong", per se, with them, it's just not up to the "standard" of Sonic service or food quality. They haven't seemed to keep up with the corporate advertising. Last time I was there I was looking forward to trying one of their "Grilled Cheese" special sandwiches, but they didn't have it. So, I got the "spicy chicken" sandwich, which was not spicy at all, it was just barely hot, and there was about 2x as much lettuce and unripe tomato on it. I threw away the lettuce and tomato and ate the rest of the sandwich, saying to myself, "Why did I even bother to go there?" read more

This Sonic had a massive turnaround once they put a new manager in. They serve accurate food and drinks quickly and we no longer have any issues with this location. Thanks for fixing the issues!!! read more

Best laugh I have had in awhile!! When the burrito that I have been getting nearly every Saturday for 5 months is now a child sized version for the same price and I am told the the person who made it is better at compacting burritos and then NO offer to remake it full sized, all I can do is say that they have lost my business. Phone goes straight to answering machine over and over. This must be that new normal. How freaking disappointing!! read more

Very disappointed & unsatisfied. We are avid sonic eaters and this was horrible!! It took over 30 minutes to get the order in and get the food, then they messed up the order and did not believe me. I am very disappointed!! Will not be coming back. Please allow yourself over an hour if you plan on coming To this sonic. Half Of my dinner was ruined. What an awful experience!!!! read more

First time having Sonic and I will tell you it was way better than the restaurant I went to the night before. Food was hot, tasty, and the milk shake was delicious. I spent $40 less and enjoyed it. Wouldn't do it all the time but very enjoyable. read more

I have given them numerous chances and it just does not get better. Ordered a BLT, Got 1 slice of bacon, not if sure it was full slice, 1 small tomato and a piece of brown lettuce. WORST thing I have ever had, bread was burnt. Ordered pickle fries one time with other things and did not get them, my fault I guess i should have checked. Chicken sandwich tasted like it had been sitting because I literally paid and within a minute my entire order was out. The lettuce they should be embarrassed to put on the sandwiches its brown and just gross. This place really needs a upgrade. Horrible. This place is not cheap to be serving plain crap or getting old veggies or not even a full sandwich. read more

This was quite the night to go to Sonic. Placed an order for 2 family tater tots and then thought I would try their wings. The lady taking the order could not understand Sweet Asian Chili, even after I stated it three times. Finally told her to just me the tots. Got home and this awesome team already had several of the tots with ketchup already on them. I would say I was disappointed but this actually par for the course with this place. Wished there was more of a choice here in town. read more

Horrible!! Cashier didn't want to give us the happy hour special since our order was taken 1-2 min before 2pm. When we got our food I didn't get any ketchup or even asked if I wanted any from the attendant. Good thing we're just passing through. read more

I've ordered a Sonic BACON cheeseburger and a Super Sonic BACON cheeseburger on 2 separate occasions now, and both times I've gotten home to realize there is no bacon. Plus, by the time I get home the cheeseburger is already cold and I have to microwave it, and I live less than 2 minutes away! read more
