It was probably that point in time when most of the lunch diners were finishing up. We were seated and then left to....sit. Finally my dining partner stood up. Amazingly someone showed up and asked if we had been helped. Soon after we did get help. In the 2 drinks, one appetizer and one entree we ordered only the one drink (special for that day) was up to Bella Luna standards. Pita was dry! Such a shame cuz I love their fresh pita. Hummus was ok. My dirty martini was really bad. I think they used a bottled brine that was sweet. Anyhoo I'll definitely go to Bella Luna again. Absolutely Delicious! The food Always taste so fresh and made from scratch when we eat here. The service was great and we had some of the best Long Island's we've ever had. Had dinner here on Saturday evening. The restaurant is nice. We must have had a new wait person. She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. Ask three times about a wine and didn't know the answer think she even went and asked someone. The dining experience was rather disjointed. The food was good I had the shrimp and chicken au pouiver. Ash our server was great along with the Bartender. My mom didn't know one of the food items meant and the bartender went and asked the chef to get more information. We order Chicken and Hummus and got drinks during happy hour Saturday before 6pm. We had Blueberry Martini and two types of wines. meals: Chicken Lasagna, Tilapia, and a white fish. Our group of five had dinner at Bella Luna last night. Before drinks or dinner were served we noticed a few fruit flies buzzing around our table. Multiple attempts to wave them away were unsuccessful; we smacked two down on the table in front of the waitress which were replaced by other family members. The ambiance was wonderful. The food was absolutely amazing. Their scalloped potatoes were fantastic. I had the chicken Florentine and would eat it everyday if I could. Very expensive. Got two soups to go and it's was $17 with tax and tip. I would rather go to Meddy's now. The food is just as good as Bella Luna but it is cheaper. Also, the owner/manager who greeted me wasn't the least bit friendly. He sort of just grunted at someone else to pack up my food. I would not recommend Bella Luna. read more

I'm done coming to this Bella Luna! I went last night and it was freezing. It was like 65 degrees in there. I walked out before I got my food. I couldn't take it. I think they crank it down to try and keep the cooks cool. In the meantime the customers are all freezing. I called the host on the phone and she said we've had numerous complaints. I feel for the cooks working over hot grills but I'll NEVER come here again! The cooks can be comfortable in an empty restaurant. There are multiple reviews on how cold the restaurant is. I wonder when the management is going to address the temperature or do they even care? read more

Stopped by for a light dinner. We were promptly seated. Seating is a little tight but most places are nowadays. Reasonable prices for a mid-casual restaurant. Tabbouleh was good, a little light on the grains for me but no big deal. Hummus was very mediocre, like store bought and watered down. Dolma was also not good. Falafel was decent but the tzatziki was bland, unless that was just plain Greek yogurt- there was no dill or cucumber or any sign of herb or spice in it. Ordered a hummus appetizer but never received it, had to ask to have it removed from our bill at the end of the meal. Waitress was cold and inattentive but did bring food quickly- it was a Saturday night so maybe she was just overworked. Just in Wichita for 2 nights and heard there was good Lebanese food here. Found Bella Luna through Yelp, and glad I did. I'm half Christian Lebanese so I've had a lot of this food over the decades. The place is a bit hard to find but basically next to Best Buy. Walking in around 7 on a frigid Tuesday, I was greeted with light acoustic guitar, and a friendly host. Table for 1 on a 4 top next to a few older single women downing a bottle of Chard. There are many things on the menu, ut I ordered the Lebanese sampler plate. Also, since it is Fall, they had a $7 special on Pumpkin martinis. Yes please! The sampler arrived in minutes along with a plate of fresh crunchy ziti bread. That was a nice surprise. The sampler has the perfect amount of everything. All it needs is about 4 lemon wedges for the grape leaves and the taboulie. The hummus was awesome and the baba ganosh also. I'm used to grape leaves stuffed with lamb but these were vegetarian. Another Pumpkin Martini please! After all of this the bill totaled only $35. So nice to eat good food at a great price! We had a couple of the hummus plates to start and the hummus is extremely good, maybe the best I've ever had. FYI for the "lighter" eating options I would recommend doing the half spinach salad. This Wednesday, I met friends at Bella Luna for a girl's dinner. I arrived early and although our reservations weren't for 15 minutes later, I was promptly seated in a large, comfy, corner booth as I waited for the rest of my party. Our waitress brought water and menus to the table letting me know about the evenings specials. When my friends got there, she took our drink and appetizer order (happy hour until 6 pm!) which were quickly brought to the table. We were given enough time to peruse the menu, enjoy our appetizer and visit before we ordered. I got a cup of their famous cream of mushroom soup and a Bella Maggi Salad. Both so delicious! We ordered Calamari for appetizer and it was excellent! We've never had it any better from all the other restaurants we've had it from! I had the Kobe burger and Greek salad while Dibs had the Beef and lamb gyro with fattoush salad. Both were really good! The only downside to this was the fact that our waiter never asked Dibs if he wanted another beer or if I wanted another cup of tea! Come on, guys! My boyfriend drinks 3 to 4 bottles of beer during dinner and I could have used another cup of hot tea!
