Attention Dog Owner This place is not dog friendly!! My husband and I stopped by there this morning and was refused to order. According to the young man taking orders he would not take the order because our 20 pound 1 year old Boston was interacting with a Great Dane in a stall several spaces away from us. What I find so amusing is while I'm in the passenger seat I could hear perfectly that he was refusing to take our order. Of course when they refused to let us order we left. I called the drive in and asked for the manager. Manager preceded to tell me that he couldn't hear us but he had never even taken our order so how did he not hear?? I had no problem hearing him tell us over the speaker that he was refusing to take our order. Ask manager for her name and was told she didn't have to disclose that information. Emailing corporate after this post with store location and store number. Guess this place is not dog friendly even when animal is contained in an automobile and behaving completely normal. Just lost a long time customer because if my dog is not welcomed my human family isn't either. I'm 63 years old and would appreciate a little respect from someone as young as my grandchildren. The manager needs to always listen to customer opinions and not continue to interrupt when the customer is still speaking. Once customer has finished there is plenty of time then to speak back. This place SUCKS!!! I ordered a small Mint Oreo and got a Small Oreo shake. I ordered an All-American dog and was supposed to get the dollar deal. They charged me the menu price. I had to go back and ask them to change it. I didn't pay attention to the shake until I got it. I am very disappointed with this Sonic. Go to another Sonci. This place sucks. I only asked for 2 hints and they messed up both. Do not come to this Sonic!!! read more

I go here almost every day after work and get ice cream , with in about 3 min or less of ordering they are already out with what I got and with a big smile of there face So far every encounter is great with the employees here . Very friendly read more

This Sonic has terrible customer service. The order taker was so rude and inconsiderate. If you hate your job, then quit and let someone who needs one have it!! I hope management does some work here seeing this and the other terrible reviews. read more

The service is not good for sure other than the carhops are pleasant in the morning. Out of the last five visits only one had everything correct but the stuff on the hamburgers looked thrown on and wee messy and way too salty. Cold fries and drinks that were mostly ice. It takes forever for them to respond once you push the button so at the very least you'd expect them to get things right. There's too many options in Greenbrier now to have to resort to going here. read more

Usually pretty good at getting orders. Have had problems in the past, however it seems the have gotten those problems worked out. The employees here are good, have good attitudes. Great place to go when you need something good and quick to eat. read more

My two stars are both for the carhops at this location, who are amazing and friendly and super helpful. The food is slapped together, even by fast food standards, and my order is never correct the first (sometimes second and third) time. I live 1/4 a mile away from this location and still, always, drive down to Goodlettsville if I want sonic now. Also: for a place that seems to always be 'cleaning the I cream machine' when I try to order milkshakes, that machine is disgusting and numerous times our shakes had mold in them! I am a manager of a restaurant myself so leaving a bad review is the last thing I want to do but this sonic is consistently bad so I am hoping that the manager will see this and correct the issues. This place use to be good about a year ago. The last several times I have been... breakfast, lunch or dinner it has been terrible. I haven't ate my entire meal the past 5 times I have been. The tots are always over done and hard or look like they have been sitting out for a long time. Super sonic burrito is really dry. I just recently went for dinner about 6pm and got the chicken tender meal with tots and a regular chili cheese coney. The tenders were dark brown like they were cooked at lunch time. The hot dog was the same... like it had been on a roller all day And the tots were like usual.. over cooked and hard. It just really sucks because they are really the only thing around greenbrier other than subway or pizza. I'd go to this sonic for a drink or ice cream but I'd go for food somewhere else. read more

Hello. I grew up in Enid Oklahoma, I believe the home of the 2nd sonic drive inn ever. I've dined at a lot of them. I didn't have really any problems with the food but want to give the owner a big heads up on his/her employees. I really inconvenienced your employees by turning in and ordering. I wanted a #2 (double cheeseburger with rings and a cherry limeade). wanted to make this order a large and requested that the onion rings be cooked 2 minutes longer so they were crispier. I had to go through this a bit with the order taker as she wasn't getting it. She asked me if what I was seeing on the screen was correct but my order wasn't on the screen beside my door. I wasn't able to pay at that bay either. My order came out very quickly so I requested the carhop look at the onion rings to see if they were cooked properly. It bothered her that I asked questions about my meal and they had a little laugh when she went back inside. I'm laughing now. I'm not going back. Children destoying a good business. Happens every day. Probably went inside and facebooked how she waited on an ahole tonight but that's just speculation. Just a good paying customer that wanted my meal cooked how I wanted. It seems like the employees don't want to do their jobs. The sonic hours say 7am-11pm. My boyfriend and I came here at 7:20am and they told us that they didn't open until 8am. The same day we came back at 9:55pm and they said they were closing down in 5 minutes. What? Opening an hour late and closing an hour early? read more

The staff is so rude and my order is almost always wrong. The menus dont work right half the time so you either wait a long time to order or they cant hear you and you find yourself screaming (which is probably why the orders are always wrong) read more

Great food and great service! The manager here is so awesome he is always helping out local sports teams and is very family-oriented. Most of the employees have been working there for years so they really care about their jobs! read more
