I am writing about a beyond horrible experience that franchise owners Shelia Holman and Dan Patel allowed to happen on their behalf. I had made a corporate complaint in January about the last order I ever made with Jersey Mike's and probably will be the last one I ever make. I had placed an online order for a hot sub from your company, and was told to arrive about 20 minutes later. I arrived about 5 minutes after the stated pickup time and they still had not finished the order, and there were actually two other customers also waiting for their delayed orders also when I arrived. After 5-10 minutes I was given my order and drove the 0.8 miles to my home. Upon opening the order, it was ice cold and it was like they hadn't even bothered to try and cook the chicken at all after taking it from the refrigerator. I threw the sandwich away after taking one bite so I didn't get food poisoning from the staff at this location. Immediately, I filed a complaint with Jersey Mike's corporate for this issue within ten minutes of arriving home. One of the two owners, Shelia Holman reached out to me with a phone call. She analyzed the video and my complaint, and decided to offer a free remake of the order at one of her locations at any time, and told me she would inform the locations of my name and information to resolve the issue. I thanked her and accepted the resolution, understanding that sometimes there are staff issues or problems with equipment. Fast-forward to 4 weeks after speaking to her, I called her location as she instructed me on the call and in the text she sent after we spoke. The manager, who also happened to be the one working the day I made the complaint about her staff, answered the phone. I explained that Shelia had told me to call and she got my information, then placed me on hold. When she came back 2 minutes later, she informed me that I only had 14 days to get the remake and that she could not honor it because that was the owners policy. I told her this was crazy when they were already negligent once, now they were not even going to honor their customer resolution to fix the issue???? The manager then informed me how she was working the day I had a complaint and that I was lying about the issue and overreacting. Who would go to that much effort for a $9 sandwich? lol. That is why I am now here, I have managed multiple businesses and currently own two myself, this is not how you treat your customers. Especially the ones you actually screwed over by having bad employees, and then you continue to abuse customers trying to give you another chance. I am so disgusted with Jersey Mike's I will make sure everyone I ever meet knows how this company treats its customers. read more

Poor service made order wrong. Buyer be alerted. Very disappointed. Most locations do well but make the drive to Hendersonville or Lebanon you will be better off. read more

Edit: within hours, I received a call about the order and was refunded with an apology. I appreciate that and will definitely give them another try. Promptness is there. But paying over $20 for a giant sun #13 that came without seasoning, onion, lettuce, and tomato is just disappointing. Even though my receipt included that by default. My tub order included jalapeños, even though I asked not to. But that I have no issues with, because I understand it can be missed when it's a non standard request. This was for pickup, so we only found that when we got home. I guess if we choose to ever come back, we would have to order in person and make sure all the items are added. read more

It's the way that the service at this location was HORRIBLE. Me and 2 others in our group ordered our sandwiches. One person got their order on time, the rest of us had to wait for 45 minutes. They helped EVERY single person in the line behind us and they were almost finished eating by the time we got our food. The employees completely ignored our orders until we had to remind them about it (45 minutes later.) Then when we reminded them about it they gave us nothing but attitude. Even though they helped 15 people who had come and gone before we even got ours made!! No apologies, absolutely nothing. Will NEVER be back. read more

We ordered 2 regular sandwiches on white bread (a club and a hot chipotle philly ) The girls making the sandwich were very friendly and fast. The portions of the meats on the sandwich were plentiful and the sandwich's tasted great. The best sub sandwich in town. read more

This is by far my favorite sub shop, I go here regularly and have never been disappointed. However, during my last visit I didn't have a mask with me and upon entrance was rudely yelled at by the manager's sister, Meghan. I've heard from some of my friends that she's been rude to them during their visits, as well. After being yelled at (during a slow time in the restaurant- 2:30 pm when she wasn't stressed about orders) I politely asked if there were masks for customers and she again rudely responded no. I was disappointed in the customer service from Meghan this day and Jersey Mike's unfortunately lost my business. read more

Don't come to this jersey mikes if you're a true jersey mikes lover. Stale bread. Got a regular, not sure why it was a six inch. Rosemary bread was tasteless. Cheese was as thin as paper. The franchise shouldn't allow this. And no it's not cheaper. Trash. read more

Meat was fresh, vegetables fresh, but service was NOT with a smile. They weren't particularly rude, but by comparison to Mt. Juliet location, just not friendly. Seemed rushed although only one customer behind me... 2:00 Sunday, so past lunch hour. In summary, lacked good service. read more

So I admit my first thought was "does Gallatin really need another franchise sub shop?" Gallatin is stocked full of spots like Subway, Jimmy Johns, Lenny's, etc. However, I was short on time and in the area and saw this was new--and I'd never tried a Jersey Mike's before--so I popped in for lunch. The first thing I noticed that distinguishes Jersey Mike's is the hot iron grill and the great selection of hot subs. Most sub shops offer to "toast" your sandwich in a toaster oven and call it a hot sub. So the fact that Jersey Mike's take their time to cook with fresh ingredients and make a real hot sub sets them apart and justifies their presence in the area. Being my first visit I opted to go for a Philly Cheesesteak. It was...pretty good. I really didn't have any real complaints, it was hot and fresh and both the meat and the toppings seemed of decent quality. My only cons: First, price. I don't want to sound cheap as I know the better quality ingredients the higher the price, I get it. But I decided to opt for a sandwich only (no chips, drink, or any of the tempting cookies and brownies) and my tab still hit $10 for a standard size sub even before tipping my sandwich guy. Had I added a bag of chips and a fountain drink and/or a cookie I'd be looking at $15+ for a quick in and out sandwich lunch. But, they have cold subs and specials on certain days/times so it looks like it's possible to dine for $8 or so if you order the right thing at the right time. Prep time--I'd recommend calling ahead if you go for the hot sub option as it did take me almost 15 minutes to get my sub from time of order to service...but I don't really hold that against them as it was freshly prepared and I literally saw them cooking my order that entire time. Last, well I'd be remiss if I didn't disparage Fox News on the TV.* I will definitely come back some time if I'm in the area and craving a sub. The Buffalo Chicken looked great and the cold subs looked solid too. *I used to dock a restaurant a star simply for playing Fox News on the public TV forcing every customer to view blatant partisan pandering media but I realize this is Sumner County and avoiding Fox News in public spaces is darn near impossible. Once upon a time you could simply say, "look we all know there are boldly partisan non-legitimate media outlets that pander to both sides so rather than play Fox or MSNBC please leave it on X, Y or Z. However, in the wake of the recent election it appears a lot of people won't concede that any traditionally respected legitimate journalism outlets is indeed non-partisan or legitimate so the safest way to avoid ticking off a customer needlessly is to just leave your TV off of any 24-hour news station, period. read more

Jersey Mikes is one of my fave places; I've been going for years and was ecstatic when the Gallatin shop opened. The franchisee, Mr. Patel, needs to increase the quality in a big way and quit being cheap. They were out of mini bread so the employee made my sandwich from a pile of "end cut" loaves laying on the counter. The bread was stale and gross. The tomatoes were lower quality than the Hendersonville store and I am not sure why the straw wrappers are brown but, YUCK. I'll be taking my business to Hendersonville until Mr. Patel makes some changes. read more

Very shocked at the price of 2 small subs, 1 regular and 1 large sub with 2 small drinks and 4 chips.....$66 !!! I almost had a stroke ! To top it off my bun was stale and the meat and cheese sliced so thin there was no body to the subs. Sad. I won't be going back ! I cannot afford to !! I really wish the subs were exceptional but they were not. The Staff person was friendly. That's about it. I feel ripped off. read more
