The worst store and service imaginable. Whether you go to a stall or the drive-thru, expect a 5-10 minute wait to hear a voice. They are consistently missing about half of the products they are supposed to have. The store is not a busy store at all, yet permanently takes probably 10x longer than your average busy Sonic. It was 9:30 and I could see the employee already breaking down their closing duties, but they don't close until 11. Most likely that's why customers are waiting so long for their order. This is the absolute worst Sonic I have ever visited for customer service. We ordered something simple and paid with our debit card, received a response our order was in the kitchen. After an almost half hour wait, we still had nothing. We went to the order door area and were told they had no idea what we ordered. The problem is obviously Management. I ordered a blended root beer float...key word blended!!! Car hop brought out slop in a cup with a dome lid! Had the nerve to cop a big ol attitude when I requested a remake. I admit this car hop had the balls to bring back the same slop in a cup but with a little more slop on top. That's when I requested my money back because I wasn't getting a blended root beer float from these people. Hub and I go here a bit, but not as often as the Sonic that is a little further from us. Why? Because although the food here is comparable to any Sonic, the service here is not so hot. We have frequently had to repeat and repeat and repeat our orders because the person on the other end just doesn't seem able to concentrate. Also, we have had them deliver the wrong thing more than once, and we generally only have a drink order. It also seems to take a lot longer to get the order out to us here than at other Sonics. Lastly, for some reason, prices are higher here than at the locations over in Atascocita and Humble. It's the base prices, not the tax. Not sure why this is. read more

Sonic drive in of huffman has been improving so much this year! We love the skating carhops and that they are actually running to the car it shows they do car bout it being fast food. Also I haven't had a wrong order yet! The only problem I d still jabber out the bugs on the patio y'all should call am exterminator and then I would love to come dine on the patio more. Not a huge fast food eater anymore and this location used to be one of the worst sonics around. But I have been very pleased with them in the last year. I'll admit I mostly go in the morning and that staff is very on the ball. The later day shift I can't say too much about since I haven't been enough but I've had no issues the times I do go. Very friendly service. I have a sonic card that I constantly get refilled here because I come so often for the $1 morning drinks. I recommend stopping by for a drink sometime.
