Upsetting one can't give ZERO stars, but the service was deplorable! I was rushing, on my way to class and tried getting what I hoped would be a quick bite to eat. Wrong! I pulled through the drive thru and waited a couple of minutes and NO ONE ever came! Mind you it was 6 in the evening. So I went to the window. Again, no one ever came. I could literally see people that are supposed to be called staff moving around. I waited and looked at them. It was the principal. Eventually someone came to the window asking a dumb question like "did someone place my order?" I responded dryly and said no, and proceeded to place a small order. Because this place was so questionable, I didn't even bother to pay with a debit card in efforts to prevent fraud. Actually used to like this location. Closer to my house, and the service was exceptionally quick. However, lately I've noticed they've hired new people and the wait is RIDICULOUS, for SLUSHES, something I get all the time, the only thing I really order. It's this lady with this nasty, sloppy blonde wig that has the nastiest attitude and this big, silverback Young MA looking lady that had me waiting at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes straight, didn't acknowledge me, say fuck you, nothing. We waited half an hour for TWO SMALL shakes, two small sodas, and two medium limeades. BOTH of the shakes were sour and disgusting and they didn't give us enough straws or spoons. Located inside the perimeter of IAH nice location to wait on arriving flights verses the cell phone lot (what did they all these lots before cell phones?) anyway the service was fast and friendly and the limeade was refreshing. I never get an opportunity to get tots so I enjoyed a small order while chilling out and monitoring the flight tracker app. read more

Suffering through the most miserable experience I have ever had at a Sonic nationwide!!! Spent $43 this AM on breakfast and they forgot to include my 2 pancake on a stick orders. Returned @ 4:01pm to get credited. Worst service ever! No help! Charged me $.22 cents instead of giving me drinks because I missed the happy hour by 1minute. Literally 1 minute. Manager Javalin worst ever with rude uncaring attitude. He claimed having no power to waive the 22 cents. Obviously I could care less about the money and it the principle of poor service without any attempt to win me back. Totally insulting considering I spent more then 22 cents on gas to return to Sonic. No apology for the inconvenience and error on their part. When I told the manager I was going to submit a review on Yelp, he said, "go right ahead. We don't really care about those things here." Wow! Unbelievable! As far as the food items go, their breakfast croissant sandwich is excellent... It's fresh fried eggs and a nice croissant... Good-sized portion.. tater tots consistently greasy however...
