One point I was craving for tater tots and a hot dog. I got their plain hot dog beef and their tator tots. Sometimes if you want something different, they got something different. Sometimes Im not in the mood to eat burgers. It was nice for a change to eat tater tots. Sometimes I want to eat the potato flavors this way. I think my taste buds are too sensitive because I do recall tasting like the tater tots were frozen before it was fried. You know, I thought about it, I dont think people make their own tater tots. I've been coming here to have a snack for the past 3-4 days ordering light . Mediocre servers. They aren't pleasant but they are young so I let it slide AND still find the finger strength to tip by card or cash I never feel like pulling out everytime. But unfortunately, a confused (all around) young lady comes to my car with no follow up or proper greeting. Just a dead presence to where I asked her what did she need . Like your people suck at customer service it's sorry . Crazy part is , I was chill for a huge minute ...Anyway, she COLLECTS my food and they investigate it lol . Cool ? (I'm never the unfortunate person to be dishonest around food service) manager comes out (without my food) and asked a 6th time . So no telling in between ALL that time what's going on with my food . But for some reason the customer is required to handoff food for inspection purposes. ALL of that over a $2 chicken wrap ? Why not just make me another one to satisfy what I ordered and the time in between the possibly of everyone playing and laughing over it ? WITH SAUCE. But nah we gotta have a "captain save a shift" because of course they think you're always being combative and unreasonable when it's no one having patience to actually comprehend a damn word you're saying and taking real action. And to the manager Damien I see why you had more energy to come outside and "try" to intimidate me over $2 and a 7 min time span off ordering like I was trying to get over. Sonic is running a 2 item for $7 promotion, but not at this location, because the manager has this turned off and you can't use the app for this. I then sat and waited for my food 15 min only to receive my order wrong. Store owner/gm Mark called me about my yelp review, very argumentative said he is short staffed which I get, who isn't? Just said he turned the app off 3 months ago and he will chose when it's back on, his employee said i stopped her when she was goi to the restroom when I actually walked and knocked on the employees entrance to the store ‍ , constantly said "but you said this and you said this" and he said "all your screen shots from yelp are from previous years", told him all I saw on yelp was negative reviews for years because i scrolled through them all ‍ and I stayed pretty quiet on the phone after a while due to him having a rebuttle about everything. Food was as expected, the car hops were all friendly, but my complaint is with the manager. Outside every Sonic is a restroom, no where on either of the restroom doors does it say "employees only" and we have used many of Sonic's restrooms when on roadtrips. Well today, after playing on the nearby playground, we decided to eat at the tables outside Sonic. My 6yo and 4yo daughters really needed to go potty. I asked one of the car hops as the restroom doors were locked, she said that the restrooms were only for employees. After being sent across the street to the car wash, which also didn't have public restrooms, I asked another employee if there was any way we could use the restroom as my daughters really needed to go potty. She asked the manager and the answer was flat out "No!" I can understand not allowing drive through or drive in customers to use the restrooms but why can't dine in customers use the restrooms and why isn't there a sign that says "employees only" for the restrooms. I was patient throughout my visit as I watched for an hour the staff running back and forth. My order consisted of two Oreo cones a hot fudge shake and a drink. Sonic is one of my all time favorite places to eat, however, this particular one I refuse to go to. If you ask foe a Route 44 drink you will pay over two dollars for a cup of ice. If you ask for a breakfast burrito you will get a large tortilla with very little egg and sausage. In fact the only Sonic in this area I will continue to go to is on W. A. Young. I ordered a burger with onion ring and it came out to $7.45. After I ordered I saw the same meal advertised in a slide show for $2.99. When I challenged the store I was told that I had to order it by name "car hop special " even so the meal I ordered was exactly the same. This kind of games is just plain poor customer service. I frequent this sonic location daily, sometimes even more but after today I do not even want to come to this location because of an employee they have employed here. Today this afternoon I was there getting my daily soda with my two kids. I was pulling out of the stall to leave but was sort of blocked by an employee's vehicle as she was being dropped off so I went around as there was enough room. As I did this she yelled out the window at me in her uniform F*** B**** I was instantly shocked that someone would even act this way going into their job! Therefore when placing an order it can be very hard to hear what the other person is saying ............so I will excuse the lady taking the order with the attitude but.......... the young lady that gave me my order was very rude when I saw my 2 drink I said "That 1 isn't the size drink we asked for we asked for a large" and she was like oh ok well it might be extra And I said ok that's fine..
