Took my grandchildren. Ordered a foot long coney and a hamburger that were both cold and the bread was so hard we couldn't eat the edges. Mozzarella sticks were cold and hard. We just sat in a stall for about 30 min. Simple order of 2 blasts and a Sundae. About 8 teenagers were running around some of which were in sonic uniforms. The order did not come. We tried a second time to order and an employee came to the car asking what we ordered. We told him what we asked for and he said they had to void it out and start over. As we were waiting we saw 3 employees and were eating ice cream and blasts. The order did not come. At this point we realized that it was time to go. This is why the fast food employee s should not make more than 4.25 an hour. Poor attitude and the lack of care. I feel sorry for the person who's owns this establishment. It's kinda a bit of a wait but trust me they got those deals no one else have for instance I can get two large shakes for $6 including tax and what's better they always have deals unlike places like McDonald a milkshake cost like 5 dollar and smaller than most you really can't say much about Sonic's milkshake I'm willing to wait just for some much cheaper and delicious shake!!! Where do I even start! First of all they forgot my cheese so I asked politely for them to get and they simply rolled their bratty little eyes. than once they FINNALLY got the cheese they THREW IT IN MY FACE! This place is lucky there's not a lot of options in luling for fast food. Otherwise they'd be closed by now. I feel like it's absolutely ridiculous that it took 10 minutes for the employees to just take my order! And all i got was two RT 44 drinks and it took another almost 10 minutes. And there were only two other cars. Most of the time I choose not to come here simply because it's gonna take 20+ minutes. Although i do have to say Levante or Lebonte (i couldn't understand him very well over the intercom) was super polite and professional and i really liked him. Worst sonic around. I got there at 2:55 and ordered my two RT 44 drinks and it took them until 3:14 to come out with them and I had to press the button to ask them why they're taking so long. Picked up my daughter from school stopped to get her something for a snack. Press the button to order first time the girl says I'll be right with you. 5 mins later I push the button again another girl Kayla I think was her name since the first girl never said her name comes on takes my order and say will be out shortly. The new screens are very nice it tells you when your order is in the kitchen and when your order is out to you. Car pulls up with 4 people it next to us they order. I look on the screen since it's been 20 mins and it says order on it's way to you, which I think is ridiculous for Tator tots and a drink. Girl walks out goes to the car next to us who pulled up after we ordered delivers their 4 drinks and a bag of food walks to another car that pulled up after us delivers their food. Horrible experience. Waited about 15 minutes before someone responded after pressing the button. The female that was taking my order was rude & rushing...she kept cutting me off (in the middle of ordering) gave me my total & hanging up. Then I had to wait again just for them to answer the button. She did that to me twice which was very annoying. Then when my order came out of course it was wrong. I have tried and tried to give this Sonic location a try but I have had enough! My favorite item to order was chili cheese fries but after receiving old fries with my orders I had had enough. I stopped at a drive thru because we were in a hurry to get to our next appointment. I brought the three orders back and the manager told me she couldn't refund my money. I'm done with this location.
