When ordering ice cream she wasn't listening to our order, gave my husband his ice cream, slammed the glass door shut, then answered the phone to take a phone order. She didn't even finish getting our order...the customers that were in front of her. Someone else saw and she ended up finishing up our order and ringing us up so we could continue on with our journey.

I explained that I was only going to be inside for a few minutes to buy a few items, but I was told they would not allow me to purchase anything. I was also told, "Unfortunately truckers are not welcome." Those were his exact words. That was extremely disappointing to hear. Truck drivers are a huge part of what keeps this country moving. We deliver the products businesses sell every single day, including the products sitting on Buc-ee's shelves. To be told we're not welcome and not even allowed to make a purchase is sad and frustrating. Because of this experience, I will never return to Buc-ee's again, not even in my personal vehicle. I'd much rather spend my money at a truck stop or any business that welcomes everyone and appreciates the people who help keep America moving.
