Awful. I got an m&m blast and I counted 5 m&ms in there. We drove around for them to remake it because sonic has always been good at filling their blasts with toppings but nope, the lady gave us attitude when we said there were none in there. She remade it and still THERE WERE FIVE IN THERE. Beyond frustrating because I was craving ice cream. Waste of time if you want ice cream. read more

Just came through for a Sausage Burrito. No sausage in it, pulled back in to have it remade, and the lady said, "they're only little pieces." That might be, but you should still be able to see them! Had it remade, and still no noticeable sausage in the burrito. My time is worth more than me arguing with this place. This isn't the first time that I have been screwed on food here. This place this the stingiest when comes to food portions, it's laughable and borderline criminal. read more

Food was ok. Not bad but fine. The service was quick and attendant was very polite. This place has seemingly improved in the last year or so. Maybe new management or new staff but definitely seems better than before. A little overpriced for the quality you receive but overall fine and I'll probably be back at some point.. read more

Count your change they've been known to short change people. The food here is OK just OK. If you are hungry and in a pinch for food this will sort of pass as food but if you have another choice like a Hot Pocket or Ramens take it. Now the flavored cokes are good along wit the other drinks but the burgers have always been rather lame the few time I've gone there. Full disclosure - I haven't been here in a while due to food quality and a couple of employees that tried to short change you. the first chili cheese wraps i got were fabulous but lately they've been horribly done.

I have no issues with the food in general. It's a decent quantity and not bad quality. But my issues with this particular branch of this business is the ordering. It really depends on who you get. More often than not its a disrespectful and unprofessional teenager. Personally customer service makes or breaks a business. How you talk to and treat your customers is a reflection of your business. You need your employees that without the customers they don't have a job or an all out reason to be there. read more

I love Sonic because you just talk and then a waitress comes and gives me food. I love the slushies personally.

This was the worse Sonic ever. Our burgers were stone cold on stale buns. Our tater tots ice cold and no shakes! I'm done with this Sonic.

Mothers day lunch turned out to be cold tater tots, chicken strips cold, tasted like been setting for a while,first time to write a review, but I have ate at a lot of sonics, and this was bad, chichen strips didn't even have gravy. # 2 sonic burger was not hot either. read more

They couldn't have worse service if they tried. Apparently the previous fanchisees had their franchise pulled because the company maintained that they just didn't bring in enough. I don't get it. At that time the servers were great! They were all friendly, professional, and competent . Then the new franchieses came in. They slowly ran off all there good servers and slowly brought in new servers. To say they are impolite and incompetent would be an understatement. I talked to the new owners and they expressed concern. Yet nothing changed. It became clear that they don't care. I like sonic and when I'm in another town I always try to go to a sonic for at least a drink. So far in any number of sonics (other than the one in my town) I've gotten very good service. I'm sure it's of no consequence to the people at Sonic but I shan't darken their door again. read more

Service time was terrible. I ordered a large French fry and it took 35 minutes to get it.

On July 28, 2019 anyone visiting the Mayfield, KY Sonic was told that the store was out of sprite/7-up, which is the main ingredient in most of their drinks. After changing my original order of a cherry limeade to a tea, I waited in the drive through for 22 minutes for a tea, and the ice was melted when I got it. read more

I go here occasionally for drinks or ice cream. I like happy hour. But servers are slow, rude and don't care. Orders are often wrong and when you request help they take forever to get back to you or they ignore you completely. read more

When I lived in TX prior to moving to Mayfield we loved Sonic. Probably ate there at least once a week. I keep trying the one here in town but they NEVER change the grease they fry the food in. I try it about every 6/8 months just in hope that that practice has changed. Hoped the new people would change it more often and sadly no they haven't. Had a gift card, stopped in the other night, ordered chicken strip, white gravy, onion rings instead of french fries. Got home, I know i should have checked prior to leaving, and of course I had no gravy and no onion rings just the dreaded french fries. Still have some $ on gift card but I'll save it for summer and stop for a slush. read more
