Everything was "okay" for him except that he wasn't given a knife and the servers seemed to have disappeared so there wasn't anyone to ask for a knife so he ended up spearing the steak on his fork and just gnawing his way through it. I ordered the "Smach's Piled High Fries." They were barely warm when they came out and were missing the bacon, chives, and sour cream - roughly half the ingredients! The chili tasted like it was canned - it had sort of a tinny taste. The cook started bagging up the order and I was about to get out and go inside despite being sans bra and improperly shod and get the order when the cook stuck his head out the drive thru window and called to the rude dragon nailed lady. She went inside and brought out my order ignoring my best "I'm very annoyed" face. Despite the busy phone and all the orders the woman alluded to, not one person came in the restaurant in person or in the drive through.
