Horrible service and very slow. I was the only customer and it took over 30 minutes for 2 corn dogs. Never coming back.

They don't answer the drive through red button. You go inside and it's dirty and the phone system is full of static. Stop sooner somewhere else. read more

Try to ordering five patties one route 44 water with no ice and one large Powerade with no ice. Right off the bat the worker was irritated that he had to work therefore he proceeded to overcharge me for each patty that I ordered, on my entire order. Total after tax was $29. I am quite aware of how much it's usually supposed to cost. I called another location to double check the price of the 4 ounce patty! The man proceeded to yell at me after I proposed there was a variation in price. Both the drive-through person and the manager were very disrespectfully and used propane words to the point where I lost control of my own tongue. If you don't feel like getting scammed or don't feel like supporting people who work the maximum amount of work hours to ensure they still qualify for welfare. Then please take your business to any other sonic known to man. My arrival time was 8:30 PM Wednesday September 25 th. My favorite Sonic in Texas, attached to a pretty nice truck stop. I've stopped at this truck stop on many occasion over the years of trucking and the Sonic is always good. My hubby and I LOVE their cheese tots so of course we have to come in and get our fix! The employees are nice and there is plenty of parking. Oh! I ordered 5 meals and spent $47. One of the burgers was incorrect and the popcorn chicken was the wrong flavor and we we're missing a fry. No big deal, we asked them to correct it. But the carhop came back and said her manager wouldn't give us the fry. Eventually the manager came out and I explained we don't have the fry and her response was "I bagged it myself." I've never seen a manager argue with a customer over a medium fry after clearly already making 2 mistakes on an order. This Sonic actually has inside seating, but you order on a phone which is difficult to understand. My burger was correct on the receipt, but they made it wrong and was even marked with the wrong ingredient on the wrapper. Drinks were ok, but the machine needs adjustment. Truck drivers sometimes wake up in surprising locations. Today was one of those days and it was already afternoon. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the Sonic was still serving breakfast and decided to try the #15 Super Sonic breakfast burrito meal with tater tots and coffee.
