Not a flaky croissant because it's in plastic wrap. Good thing is that she heated up the sandwich and kolache. Not sure this place will be around long so if you like donuts it might be a good option for you. Not sure about the coffee. You take your chance on that.

Both stands are located at a highway crossover, so both have very easy access to both north and southbound US 287. We bought several varieties of things here today: cherry cider from Colorado, big red ripe local tomatoes, sweet dried pineapple chunks for snack, and a sack full of different preserves you can't get in the grocery store, like raspberry-rhubarb and sweet potato butter. Monroe's grows peaches watermelons and pears for the summer and apples in the fall. You can see the orchards along the 287. 5 fresh from the farm stars!
