This really is the best Sonic in the area. We don't live close to it anymore, but we still drive past 2 closer sonics to come here.

Yesterday i went to Sonic, the one located in Nederland. I had probably the worst experience there. I ordered 3 drinks and a pretzel and it took about 50 minutes to receive my things. I was told Amy was going to bring my order but I didn't get anything in 40 minutes, I waited and waited till i saw a group of workers crowding around and vaping. I assume Amy was in that bunch because a young sweet lady came to hand me my food and apologize while the group continued to vape. The sonic needs more stern management and overall better workers. While my drink and mozzarella sticks were fine, the attitude of the people that work here is HORRENDOUS. It is completely ridiculous to come to a place to get something to eat and be treated so rudely. The person that took my order seemed like she did not want to be here and the waiter did nothing to prove any different. If you do not enjoy your job, find a new job. read more

Not my favorite Sonic and never will be. They rush you and interrupt your ordering process. Stingy on the napkins. You have to request ketchup. The fried food isn't the best quality, not sure if it's poor quality of gease or food being held too long after cooking. Good luck getting a corndog that isn't busted or onion rings that aren't crumbling. Slow service! They clock out your order long before its delivered to cheat the system of late tickets. That's why you food sits forever when its finally ready. Carhops skate and read your order back which is pleasant. The parking lot is all stained up from the greasy floors inside which is just so disgusting. Spills and auto leakage isn't cleaned leaving a grimy appearance. The inside of this place stinks so bad that you can smell it when the doors are open. read more

Terrible customer service! My daughter ordered dinner for her 5 children. They delivered food, then informed her she must pay cash, as their machines were down. They did not inform her when she ordered, only on delivery. They took the food back, as she had no way to pay, although they failed to inform her when she ordered. Considering it was late, it was Sonic's fault for not informing her, and she had five hungry kids, they should have made up for their mistake. No excuse for such poor business decisions. read more
