I have never had a bad meal here. The food is delicious. We have never had a problem with our order. The ambiance is nice and it's clean. The employees were super nice and kind! My only problem (not really a problem) is a tip jar on the counter. They take your order, look at you for a tip. The manager shouldn't allow it and the OWNER needs to give them a raise, not-guilt pass the buck. (Pun intended) I say that because for restaurant service, you sit yourself, fix/refill your own drink, pick up your own food at the counter, clean off your own table, etc.. 7/2/2024 Novrozsky's is located in a shopping center with food, shopping and a grocery store. Plenty of parking. We had no trouble parking in our motorhome. When you walk inside you order at the front counter. Friendly and fast service. Restaurant had plenty of seating and was clean. Drinks are self serve along with utensils and napkins. I ordered chicken fried chicken. Was good and hot. Gravy was tasty. My husband had the chicken fried steak. It was huge! He enjoyed. One of our daughters had a wrap and she did not like it. I spend my weekends in Beaumont, and after shopping, I really needed something to eat. I saw Navrozsky's next to Chipotle and Googled them, as I have never heard of them before. I saw it's either owned by Nolan Ryan, or carries his hamburger meat, and I decided to give this place a try. In Houston, I tried Bun Slut last night and did not have a good experience, so I was a little leery of trying another hamburger place, much less asking for them to withhold the bun. When I asked if it was possible, the cashier smiles and said, "Absolutely!" I ordered avocado on the side and water to drink. I was surprised at how much food this order actually was. Each patty is six ounces of beef, and the veggies were piled high. Last night, Bun Slut charged me $2 for a tiny sliver of avocado. Novrozsky's was $1.49 and gave me at least a half avocado, if not more. My lunch was delicious! The restaurant is spacious as well--customers are not piled on top of each other. I also like the big picture windows, especially on a day that is as sunny as today. The bathroom is nice and clean, too. I will definitely be back. My entire meal was less than $15. Bit of advice... get the chicken fried steak baked potato!!! Their burgers are good as well, but the CFSBP is an addiction... it calls me every time!!! So my grandson and I jumped in the car and headed north on Dowlen until we arrived to our destination. Novrozsky's (I always have a problem spelling ) is a staple in our area. The menu is vast, so you're sure to fine something to satisfy your whole family or parties taste. Even if you are carb conscience or just watching calories, Jesus Gonzalez (manager)and staff will help in accommodating your request. I ordered the Chicken Ranch Wrap for $9.99. You can get your chicken grilled or fried (I ordered grilled). It is huge and filled with lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar and that good ranch dressing, served with chips and salsa. While ordering I saw a wrap come out with a side of onion rings, and guess what, I was able to sub chips for their famous ONION RINGS. If you like onion rings you must ordered these. They are BUSSIN' and absolutely sumptuous. My grandson ordered the Shrimp Ranch Wrap ($10.99) which is prepared the same ways but with seasoned grilled shrimp instead. He was also totally please and the shrimp were grilled and seasoned well. He also substituted his chips for grilled veggies and they served him a generous amount. They were tender and seasoned to perfection. We were so pleased and can't wait to return. The presentation alone "WOWED" us. Our tummies left full and our taste buds were happy. The menu has any and everything to make your mouth holler! So many great food choices you won't be disappointed. Last nite after school football game, we went to eat at Novrozskys, I don't know because we are the last customer close to their Business hour ? Or people been lazy to make fresh meal there? My husband order a Burger steak dinner, and come out with steak Pattie with sauté onion on the top, rice, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a pice toast ! It was horrible......... I was with a couple of picky eaters and looking for a place to grab some lunch, so I searched on my Yelp app for some places that would suit my picky eaters. Pretty much if there is chicken strips, hamburgers or pizza I know I am safe. Novrozsky's had 2 out of those 3 so we decided to go for it. My picky eaters are my soon to be mother in law and sister in law. I also enjoy making them try new things because well it is good for them. The restaurant is set up to order at the front counter, then they call your number when it is ready for you to come up the counter and you take it back to your table. I ordered the fried egg burger on a cheddar jalapeno bun with cheese fries. My burger was delicious and I loved that it was messy and the egg got soaked up into the bread! The fries were great too and cooked perfectly! My sister in law got the chicken strips and mother in law got the buffalo chicken strips and they both loved their food too! One of the best burger place in Beaumont,Texas if you ask me. It is also my husband and kids favorite burger place. The atmosphere is very family friendly. There are lots of things on the menu from chicken salads to baked potatoes to burgers. I always get the egg burger and sweet potato fries. The side portions are very large so sharing is caring. We also get the fried pickles which is delicious as well. And you can't forget the onion rings - very crispy and delicious. Although I always get the egg burger, you can customize your burger just the way you like it. They are also reasonably priced. The last time I was there, I was with my family - party of 9 including kids and our total bill was about $60 and our guts were definitely busted. This was my fist visit in over a year. My wife, my daughter and I went on Sunday after mass. I was surprised to see the parking lot was full, I had to park in a adjoining restaurant,s lot. When I made it to the counter to order I noticed they were featuring new items such as gumbo.hamburger steak and a grilled Ruben. They all sounded great but I order the regular chicken fried stram plate . My wife got the same but substituted onion rings for a $1.25 more, well worth it they were the best onion rings I have had in quite a while. The chicken fried steaks were huge and I would say the best in town. My daughter got a marinated chicken breast plate and it looked awesome. She said it was. Plain truth? I love everything buffalo; sauce, wings, salad.....the list is endless. My son and I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. At first site, I was in lust with my sandwich. The chicken breast was double the size of the bun which caused the chicken to hang off the bun about 2 inches off either side. Just the way I like it! Portion control is not a term heard or used in Beaumont. Upon inspection of my sandwich I was disappointed that the bottom half if my bun was SOAKED with a combo of chicken juices and buffalo sauce. This was true for sons sammie as well. GAG ME! Wet bread is one of the worst food tasting mishaps of all time! Once I removed all the bread from my chicken, I proceeded to have Dunkfest 2014 with the warm blue cheese sauce that accompanied the side homemade chips (a MUST order). The buffalo chicken breast + warm blue cheese sauce = party in my mouth! The fish taco plate...comes with 3 tacos (on the smaller side) and that's it. No side....this left my man unfulfilled. Ordered via Grubhub. Order was wrong. Manager made me come pick up missing items. When I picked up missing items and got home, one of the replacement items was missing. When I called back. I had to go pick it up again. No offer of refund or coupons or anything. In fact, they acted like I was inconveniencing them.
