Food was good, it's the service that's the problem. We sat outside by the walk up kiosk for about 10 minutes before somebody who was coming inside and outside to deliver meals told us that the kiosk wasn't working and we would have to order on a drive up one. Then, when we did order, it took another 15 minutes to get it, and when we paid for our stuff, they didn't bring back the change and then tried doing that to my boyfriends sister and her partner when they came!! I have filed a complaint about this location. I arrived the other day at 6:50pm only to be told they would not serve me they closed at 7pm. Today at 8:57 PM I again attempted to order my Coney dog at a kiosk, only to be told they were taking drive through orders only. No sign, no notice, no indication this was the case. This place should lose their franchise for the total lack of communication with their customer base. Totally unacceptable. Like any other Sonic, they have the option to drive-thru or order in the car at the car hop spots. Servers appreciate tips like other servers. Limeades are delicious and half price for happy hour. Hot food is served hot and cold food is served cold. My fries did seem over done and stale. My chicken wrap had a lot of old, yellow & brown (eww) lettuce. There is some room for improvement. This sonic is awful. They are very slow, serve old food, and gave us the wrong items. When I tried to talk to someone, she was very rude. We were over charged and she would not make it right. She walked away from me when I was talking to her, she refused to talk to me. We will NEVER go back. I would not recommend it. Btw, the inside of the store that you can see from the drive through was nasty dirty; counters with old spilled food and the floor was disgusting.
