Horrible service and customer experience at the Lynn Haven, FL location. We arrived at 8:45. A full four tables were seated after us. All of them were handled and had their meals and we had never even had our order taken. Pathetically horrible service. We finally just got up and left. It wouldn't have been that bad had there not been four people, out of the 10 or so that were working, that made eye contact with us and never even acknowledged our existence. Will never go back. When we arrived @ this waffle house the Manager & staff were very friendly !!!! The place was VERY CLEAN when we walked in everyone was cleaning tables,floors etc...The food was great!!!! One of the best WH I have visited. This location is clean and airy. The staff here is very courteous and willing to help for an awesome experience. Most of the staff have been here for years so expect to tip up a little expect ally if you want to be remembered. the manager that was there last night was so rude to the staff they was really working hard so about 9pm-10pm the manager lady burnt my bacon so I asked my waitress could it be made over the manager told her to figure it the f*** out this is the type of people you have working at your establishment wow this unacceptable behavior I would love for the district manager to give me a call read more

It works for me! Food and service is fast. Hashbrowns are hot and crispy. I can eat and get on with my day. There's a Starbucks right next door so you can grab a drink to go and hit the road again. read more

Past few times I've been in there I've sat patiently for them to acknowledge me. Today after sitting at the counter watching people sitting next to me that came in behind me get waited on and served I decided just to leave. We always eat at this particular Waffle House in Panama City because they consistently have good service and food. Others in town have been hit or miss so we drive out of our way to come here. Five stars is my rating compared to other Waffle Houses and not other restaurants in general. Happy eating! read more

I have aways enjoyed eating Waffle house but this particular location has gotten a few things wrong a few times now. When my kids order chocolate chip waffle thats what I expect her to get, not a half of pound of mixed chips just thrown on top. And a over medium egg is white all the way cook with runny yoke, not raw runny white! One more thing, My family and I can never seem to sit for more than 30 minutes. We eat as fast as we can and go less often at all because it is so freaking cold in there we blow smoke out our mouths! The last visit we got up and walked out it was so cold! read more

OMG...the worst servers in the world work here!!! The cook finally waited on us after 20 minutes of waiting for "our server" to finish her conversation with a friend. Poor guy got almost everything wrong that we had ordered but was tasty. There are other Waffle Houses in PCB that are very good, try them instead!!! read more

I've only eaten here a few times but the food has always been good. The staff however is great. Friendly and fun to be around. I go in and just point to the picture of cheese eggs with raisin toast and tell the servers I would like that. It comes out looking pretty much like the picture! There are certain times they are busier than others but I usually try to go on non peak hours. Also, they do tend to keep the temperature cooler than most places so bring a sweatshirt or jacket just in case. I'm already craving the crispy hash browns again! read more
