It's not a 10 and it's definitely not a zero for me. Pretty bland in flavor but very edible. What that means. A lot of people might like it like that. Personally, I want a little bit more flavor in my burger. Now would I go there again for the price of $18 and I did not choose to get a drink. The issue was....one of the people working there went to the restroom and DIDN'T wash their hands AT ALL before returning to work. I made sure to get the name of the person involved as to make sure the correct person was contacted by management. No one from Krystals has contacted me....more than 24 hours later....so it must not be a priority.
