I seem to have had different experiences here than the other reviewers. I've never had to wait too long at all whether it's the drive thru or the kiosk order. Sonic is Sonic and everything I've had has been consistent. Carhop service has always been friendly, too. read more

Don't go here they are so SLOW and mess up ur order I ordered stuff and they got everything wrong.

Do not recommend this location. Takes forever to get your order. I live 15 minutes away. I can order online at my house, and when I get there, still have a minimum of 15 minute wait. Not a one time occurrence. This has happened multiple times. Take a road trip to another location. read more

Sonic! don't do a "Mazzio's!! Once again my brother GOT Robbed over BOGO deal. I order 2 BOGO (which is 4 footlong hotdogs) but WE got 2 and I had RE-ORDER on 2 dogs!! they try play stupid on the order and they missed up on the ORDER and LIE about it. I confronted the carhop and told me to re-order it. My brother is FURIOUS over this order and I'm going to let my brother any orders for NOW on. this will be my last time to order over there (except drinks and shakes) and until realize not some chubby *BEEP* and NOT A RETARD!! Gone to this location twice and both times had terrible service. We used the outside patio and none of the stalls worked. Pressed the button multiple times and none of the three stalls ever worked. Second time we went, ordered online beforehand, they said they were coming out with the order, we waited for probably 20 or 30 minutes and never got what I ordered. Paid online and lost money. The patio lights also shut off twice while we were sitting out there. Terrifying and terrible experience. One star. Probably won't be back. read more

Don't really recommend, but the food was pretty good but the pickles didn't really taste like pickles it tastes like cucumbers more and they didn't look very good the drink was good until there was hair inside the drink it wasn't just one hair it was 2 hairs NASTY! read more

Lately, EVERYTIME I pull in, I have to switch stalls at least 2-3 times because they are broken! Very inconvenient that they can't keep their equipment working properly. Even the ice cream machine was supposedly broken AGAIN. read more

Ordered through app. Stall #4. Waited 30min as food was delivered to others arriving after me. I had to go to the door and ask about my order. He then handed me a cold bag. It was just sitting there. I asked for a refund and he got the manager. She said refund was not an option because it was ordered through the app. But she offered to cook everything again. I politely asked if she could 'put a rush on it' and then she told me she had other orders she was working on. But what about my order?! It was already cold. Was in the drive thru at least 15 minutes before happy hour was over but by the time it was my turn to order it was a few minutes after. I asked for the discount since I was there in time. Ordered three things, while waiting outside in the cold, finally 20 minutes after I ordered, the lady came out but messed up, so she had to go back in, and the she came out a second time and messed up again. Didn't give me my change or receipt back. She definitely was a horrible worker. read more

If I could give a negative star rating I would! I Just went to get 5 small shakes for my family including my father-in-law who is the nursing home down the street. 20 minutes later the car hop brought out 4 shakes which were melted and told me that they no longer made the type of my 5th shake, so he offered to make another shake.....10 minutes later I had to ask them again to bring out the 5th shake which was partially melted as well! Then I had to buzz again to ask a second time for a drink carrier. Needless to say when we made it back to our destination down the street we had chocolate milk, not shakes!
