Horrible horrible service. I came here a few months ago and it was bad but I wanted to give them a chance to be better. That didn't happen. Visited this location twice. Every employee I ran into were super nice and spoke kindly. They moved quickly even got orders out to the cars behind me which made the line move faster. Very accommodating service. Reminded me of Chick-fil-A! read more

Just ordered a shake and cheddar poppers. The shake came out within two minutes. Sat and waited....no peppers, but two cars behind me in the drive thru received their food. Waited about 15 minutes and just decided to take the three dollar loss. No one ever acknowledged that i was still in the drive thru. read more

Just paid 3 dollars for snickers dust and a cup of soft serve, no whip cream, no spoons! They ran out! They screwed up my husband's order too. We were here before, but thought it might just be an off day...nope. this location is run by a cheapskate and you won't get all that you order here. Go elsewhere. Napkins aren't given either unless you ask and then you get one each. Sonic in Sanford is leagues better. read more

The drinks are awesome but the shakes are not. I once ordered a shake and it was half way melted before I got it in my hands.

Grilled chicken sandwich was soggy and cold with way more shredded brown lettuce then meat I couldn't eat it it fell apart ,both breakfast burritos we lacking in ingredients and flavor ,tots , fried pickles and onion rings bland and all taste the same. Very disappointed in this sonic. read more

If I could rate them a 0, I would! The worst place ever! My husband and I went to this sonic a few times. Every time we go, they would take our debit card and "swipe it" well then they'd say the card was declined, so at first we thought I was the bank because we knew the money was there. Anyways, the second time they swiped it and said maybe it was their machine so they took it in the back and when I asked why they took my card in the back they said "to see if it would work with their other machine" BULL!! Less then a month later I had charges on my bank statement from my debit card not made by me! Long story short, I found out I wasn't the only person they had done this to. They're a bunch on scammers and liars!! We will never go there again and I hope they get closed down. Beware if you go here and don't have cash on you! Sketchy! read more

Whenever my boyfriend and I take my huge dogs out, we tend to get them ice cream. So this trip was no different. We pulled into the sonic and ordered our ice cream and I got a small tater tot. Our food came out and we jumped out to give the dogs their two vanilla cones. One of the workers came out and talked to us saying that he liked dogs and that if we wanted more ice cream for them he would bring come out. We both said, "sure thank you!" We both thought it was so nice of him. After the dogs both devoured their ice cream cones and escaped brain freeze we went back into the truck to leave but not before getting my dad a banana split milkshake. They didn't give us a total and when the guy brought the shake out, he wouldn't let me pay! I said "cmon!" But then he said that he feels like everyone should get at least one free thing in their life. It was such a nice gesture and it keeps that Sonic my favorite Sonic in all of Fayetteville! I even took a little bit to eat my tater tots and they thought I wasn't eating them because they were cold and they would have brought me more out. I don't turn down tater tots but that day I did since the small milkshake is like a pint of ice cream on its own! Thank you guys!! read more

Food is almost always wrong or they forget it. Some of the workers will get huffy with you if you tell them they forgot your food that we paid for. The bread is always soggy, and wonder if they don't make it fresh. Customer service needs to improve immensely. read more
