Upon arriving at 8:45 AM, the business was closed. The sign on the door clearly stated business hours were 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays. No signage indicated a late opening or closure. I emailed Clean Juice's parent company immediately, providing photos and proof of the issue, and requested a refund. I never received a response. The following day, I called the Fayetteville location and requested to speak with the manager. The employee who answered the phone was dismissive, refused to transfer me to a manager, passed messages back and forth instead, and ultimately hung up on me. When I attempted to call back, my call was ignored. As of now, I have not received a refund, response, or resolution from either the local store or corporate. This location took payment for an order it failed to fulfill, refused reasonable communication, and demonstrated extremely poor customer service.
