7 brew coffee is a quick way to get what you need in a hurry when the drive through isnt backed up. The upside of this place is that the coffee is amazing. The downside is that everyone knows the coffee is great so at peak hours the line is long and so is the wait. My recommendation is get there early and buy a large whatever you are getting and make it last for the entire day. read more

I hate to leave a lower rating because the drinks themselves are really good, and I genuinely enjoy coming here. That said, the customer service is very inconsistent. Every time I visit, the same employee either has great, positive energy or is extremely dry and comes off rude. It is always one or the other. As someone who also works in customer service, I understand bad days happen, but consistency matters, especially when customers are expected to tip. Overall, this is a good place with quality drinks. I visit this location probably 3-5 times a week and the staff is just phenomenal, they are so fun and personable I just love visiting. My drinks are always top tier, go to is a large energy extra sweet with watermelon guava lime and 2 scoops of coconut milk or a large sugar free sweet and salty add toasted marshmallow and sugar free caramel drizzle. read more

Just found out through an employee at the seven brew in Spring Lake if the person taking your order, doesn't like you even though they act like they do if you ask for sugar free, you'll get sugar if you ask for certain items in your coffee, they will specifically not do it, and then lie and say they did So sad I really had hopes for this place The upside is Starbucks is coming to spring lake!! read more

Making unwelcoming comments on our outfits, while asking us why we didn't "like" her comments on our drinks continuing to tell us she sometimes puts "rude" comments on others drink cups to see the facial expressions because she likes to be "toxic". Coworker had told me to try this place. I don't like coffee at all but they told me about energy drinks here. I will say the place lived up to the hype for sure. I visited 7 Brew on their grand opening, and I am FLABBERGASTED. The coffee was delicious and the service was excellent. They left no crumbs. This is a business. An ESTABLISHMENT. The baristas were very friendly, knowledgeable, and super easy to talk to. They also went above and beyond to explain the brew processes and types of beans used. The atmosphere was inviting, with plenty of smiles, and great selection of coffees (that I'm looking forward to seeing expand). For a brand new coffee shop, I was stunned with the level of professionalism I witnessed. First time we were there and it was good for what it is. They wrote on my sister in laws car and she doesn't get a discount so that's weird. They don't have frappes which is what my husband really likes but they have something sort of like a slush. I think it's different and that's a good thing. I don't think I'd really go if I were in the mood for coffee though. I'd more so go there for a treat drink. The service is quick and the people are friendly. To start it off, the coffee is delicious. The kids smoothie was so good my son wanted to lick the cup. My daughter didn't care for the fruit soda thing but I think it was the flavor of the lavender she didn't care for. The vibe of the place was excellent. There was a particular man that recommended my drink (cinnamon roll) and walked with my car until he saw my reaction, he was hilarious. I'm definitely going back solely for the price alone!
