After a long night of working, my wife and I just wanted an easy night. We opened our go to food delivery app and ordered from this Sonic. The prices are what you'd expect from a fast-food chain. But the food gave my son, Hubert, painful diarrhea. He was in the bathroom for nearly two hours the night he ate the food from this Sonic. The food that my other children had was fine. But listening to my son cry because he couldn't get off the bathroom toilet for two minutes before he was back, definitely not a defining moment for a parent. every time i come here theres this rude man named lowell on the speaker, he gets mad when he cant hear us and when we speak up the attitude gets worse. It was definitely to order.The SuperSonic Breakfast Burrito was a great find. It is perfect and the fact you are able to remove items and add items is wonderful. As my sister and I pull into the parking lot heading to the drive thru, all of the workers was sitting outside just chilling. We proceed to the drive through and the worker very quickly stated "our ice cream machine is down, our slushes are watery, and we are out of most food." NEVER GO HERE. My wife is pregnant and she wanted a milkshake. The sonic near me was closed, so I drove 20 minutes to this one. When I arrived I placed my order and proceeded to wait. About 10 minutes into waiting a women started yelling profanity, excessively honking her horn and drove off. I continued to wait for 30 minutes on a milkshake. I never got the milkshake nor did anyone come to the stall. I placed the order 2x. I gave up, left, and went to cookout who had a milkshake ready in 2 minutes vs the 40 minutes I spent waiting at Sonic. I arrived at 10:40ish PM, and left due to not getting any service at 11:30ish PM. read more

Went through the drive through at 9:30 PM on a Sunday, there was really no line, but trying to order through the machine the order seemed to have gotten misheard due to the machine. I pulled up to the window and asked to confirm the order which it was not correctly taken which I ordered a number 18 with a sweet tea and a medium order of cheese sticks. All that they had on the receipt was a sweet tea and cheese sticks so I asked to correct it. The clerk Jamal seemed fine with it but in the backgrohnd there was a woman telling him (I'm assuming the one that took the order) that nothing can be added at the window. I did end up getting my full order but the customer service here is not recommended. The ice cream machine was also down for maintenance. read more

Place is a joke. Waited at the pull in and no one ever came on the intercom. Then, went to drive through and started to order sundaes..."sorry, we don't have any ice cream right now". Ordered some onion rings and pulled around to bear they can't make any onion rings right now. Awful service! We went and placed our order in the drive thru. A blush raspberry slush and 2 normal sodas. Got to the window and were asked what we got again, the lady at the window began yelling at another worker and shut the window in our faces. Came back with our receipt, again asked what we got and handed us the receipt. She came with the 2 sodas and asked what the 3rd drink was again. We grabbed the sodas and realized they were slushees (which we didn't ask for and wasn't even on the receipt) she looked at us and said "that's the weirdest order anyway, who drinks that (cherry watermelon limeade)." She made the drinks again then comes to the window, dumps the drink out the drive thru window and hands it to us followed by some napkins and shuts the window. NEVER going back here again. Absolutely rude and it took us 15mins to get 3 drinks, no one else was in the drive thru. read more

I had previously left a 3 star review but last night I was refused service for no good reason. We walked up to the outdoor seating area, were ignored, then rudely spoken to by one of the employees. She informed us that they were drive through only. In an attempts to accommodate them, we walked through the drive through. Her exact words to us were "Oh hell nah, y'all got a car right there, you can get in it." Would not recommend to anyone. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. I really like sonic, all things considered, but this one is just terrible. I work night shift and am a night owl in general, but it's a 24 hour sonic so it shouldn't be a problem. It's. always. a. problem. Every day, they have to reboot their system, which takes an hour. They choose to do it at night, which is understandable, the problem is when they do it, which they haven't figured out yet. Some nights it's 3am - 4am. Some nights it 4 am to 5 am. They don't take orders between 5am to 6am, so you basically can't show up between 3 and 6. So much for 24 hours. The worst part is, they refuse to accept cash. I get that your system is down and that you can't swipe a card, but how hard is it to take out a piece of paper, right down the order, take my money, and keep the change. Then just put the order in once the system is back up and running. I'd gladly over pay slightly just to get my food, but they won't even let you do that. read more

Great milkshakes! Kids love it. On a good day we will sit outside and have a shake. Seem to only go for shakes, every once in a while we will get a hot dog. Good selection of hot dogs. Service is typical of teenagers working at a fast food place. read more

Went to the sonic down the street and their ice cream machine was not working... fair enough. Drove down to this Sonic to get 1 Oreo chocolate shake, 1 Oreo shake, and a order of jumbo popcorn chicken. Pressed the button to order took about 4 minutes until someone finally answered. I get that they were busy but a simple "I'll be with you shortly" would be nice. Finally the lady inside decides to take my order. I told her what I wanted and after 30 seconds of awkward silence says "sorry what was that"... I repeated my order, paid, and waited for my food. Then one of the employees comes to my door and asks "you had one chocolate shake"? No I ordered 2 shakes both with Oreo one with chocolate. 10 minutes later she comes out with my chicken and shakes. I was surprised with 2 vanilla shakes with what seemed like the bottom crumbs of an empty Oreo container. To be fair the chicken was good. Don't recommend unless you like giving away money and wasting 20 minutes of your life for a bad product. read more

The food is great, but the service is horrible. It's 5:46am Thursday morning and I decided to get some food. The inventory truck seemed to be blocking the pathway for the drive thru so I decided to pull up to one of the carside to go speakers. To make a long story short the hostess/cashier came onto the speaker saying that the car side to go was closed and that we needed to pull around to the drive through. We proceeded to tell her that the inventory truck appeared to be blocking the drive thru and she never responded. So we decided to press the call button to see if she heard us and she proceeded to scream at us stating that we could pass through. Another employee tried to come over the intercom to tell us that we could pull through, but by that time we'd gotten turned off by the lack of customer service. I've worked in customer service for many years and I do understand how customers can irritate you, but we did nothing to this woman. It seems like that particular Sonics will hire any and everyone and I'm all for that, but they need to realize who needs a job and who doesn't. Now if I would've pulled around and hit the inventory truck that would've been on me so excuse me for trying not to make a mistake. read more

I use to go here all the time but the past few times I've went I got very rude service, the oreo shakes I ordered and paid extra for extra oreos in had absolutely no oreos just plain vanilla ice cream. I went back hoping for better service and they had already shut the ice cream machines down 20 minutes before closing time. How about that. A place known for ice cream didn't have ice cream to serve.
