I enjoyed the fact of not having to buy per scoop from a kid behind the counter that has skinny arms. If you get a little skinny kid with no muscle, he gives up before getting a full scoop. Here you pick the container and they fill it. That's the way ice cream buying should be. I like all the stuff that you could put in it although I did not partake of it. I got a waffle cone with coffee ice cream and double dark chocolate. Staff was friendly, store was clean. I read some of the other reviews and did not find that those problems existed. The store did not have a great smell for some reason, but it wasn't terribly bad either. I did not sit and eat my ice cream. Now my little cousin worked at the location so I figured I'd let her know and this problem would be easily resolved, however today 4/16 I went to the same location to get my drink that I already paid for and didn't ever receive... upon purchasing a half pound belt buster I explained to the staff on location about the mishap.. in return the staff was extremely rude and told me they didn't have to honor my drink.. it's a $2 dollar drink at most and it's the principal that I got treated poorly and sent home yet again without the drink I paid for that makes me irritated. This location just lost a loyal customer over a d*mn drink... I want to resolve this somehow without making matters worse but I needed to talk with someone that can help me, because of course no one there would hear me out or engage in a polite matter with me.. probably no longer be visit this location ever again, terrible experience.

Folks good day!!…read more Driving back home from Port Lavaca to New Braunfels we stopped for some BBQ at Uncle Mutt's and a coffee for the road sounded amazing. Little coffee shop was next door and we decided to give it a try. We try to watch our sugar intake, specially after a weekend out. We asked the young lady Ariana helping us through the intercom what options were available for us. She more than willingly helped us out guiding us through the menu and delivering our coffee as we drove up to the pick up window with the warmest friendliest smile.
