Like many places it showed that according to its signs and hours posted it was closed but we tried the door due to other experiences and found it open. You couldn't really see inside so we took a chance. Others may not or see the sign and keep walking or leave. A bit frustrating. Shana started out just asking general coffee questions then went more specific and the employee keep up and even politely and low key upsold without being pushy. Well done. It looked like there were about 15 bags on the counter and 10 coffees all sitting there. None of the employees knew whose order was whose. It was ridiculous. The good side, the beer is wet, the wait staff is nice, the layout is funky. Bad side, it is a gem in the ruff. It has so much potential. I think as soon as you walk in the door you are hit by the true potential it does. So there is the problem. How does everyone else see it and the owner ignores it. This could be a great cornerstone place for rebuilding the down town area. Not that there is much to down town Victoria, but it does have potential.
