Stopped in for ice cream cones and blizzards after soccer game. I got a heath blizzard my daughter got a turtle pecan blizzard and my wife got a chocolate dipped cone. Afterwards on to minor ER for X-ray, collision in the soccer game. Priorities for my daughter was food, dessert, then medical care. This is a large DQ. Drive thru open till 3 am. The parking lot is very large, the store is brand new 2023. Employees were nice and helpful. Dining are was clean. I recommend this store, and it is Dairy Queen, Texas through and through. read more

When ordering the chicken salad you get Very small portion of the chicken so it's basically lettuce that fills the plate. Plus they never pay attention when taking your order. I've went several times and have an allergy to cheese and I repeat my order to them several times with the words I'M ALLERGIC TO CHEESE so they remember but they still get it wrong every time. read more

Allowed me to order a steak finger basket but waiting till after I paid to tell me they didn't have gravy. If they would have told me sooner I would have changed my order. One star is a lot more than this place deserves; regrettably, the scale does not go negative. "Incompetent" does not quite describe it. "Unable to follow the simplest directions" is more like it. Seriously, what part of "no onions, dry" you have trouble understanding? And did I ask for any cheese? I am pretty sure, being casein intolerant, I did not. Was it a scummy attempt to upsell, or did they pull a previously rejected burger out of a trash can to pass it as fresh? Did I get any other special ingredients along the lines of human bodily fluids? No idea, and I wasn't brave enough to find out. Not coming back (there, or to any other DQ franchise) and wishing the owner happy bankruptcy. Not the first time this outfit completely totally messed up the order, despite clear instructions spelled out on the receipt, to be sure, but at least in the past the staff was willing to make things right. Special shout-out goes to the assistant manager by the last name of Gutierrez. With her attitude (and that, mind you, in response to my request to read my receipt back to me, something I wasn't able to do, being visually impaired. ADA? Never heard of it), I wish her a long and fruitful career in the role of a floor sweeper that she is undoubtedly heading towards. I got my money back, but that is not enough to compensate for wasted lunch break. Bring on those robots. The WORST DQ ever off of Red River. Ordered thru the app which I won't make that mistake again. The app didn't say if you had to go inside or outside so I assumed I could go thru the drive thru. The line was very long but I just had a radiation treatment at the hospital and didn't feel like going inside. When I got to the speaker outside they told me I had to pick up inside. I told the girl the app didn't specify that and now I was in a long line of cars in front and in back of me. I had to wait in line to get out of there. The girl only said I'm sorry. How hard would it have been for them to hand me my paid order thru the side window? They made me sit there till all the cars in front cleared out and then had to park in a full parking lot all the way to the back so I could go inside when I didn't feel well. I went inside and there was a long line there too. So I had to wait till every one ordered in front of me to tell them I had a mobile order. I have never seen such a disorganized fast food place in my life. Why not have a separate section for mobile order pick up instead of having ppl who ordered thru the app and have to go thru the long line of ppl first ordering. I waited close to 45 min when I could have just ordered thru the side window and been out in 15min. Ordering thru the app only makes it easier on them so all they have to do is hand you your paid order with their rude faces like they worked soo hard doing that. Of course you can about guess $26 of cold food and old fries. How exactly do you get old hard fries with a packed inside and outside full of customers? Rude heartless staff. read more

I've always loved Dairy queen up in Pa. So this is the first time sence I've been down here that I've ehad DQ And their burgers. I got a Royal blizzard and I'm pretty sure that are supposed to be in the actual blizzard cups not the orange julius cups. Well my Royal blizzard is oreo and thers no fudge in it. I love the fudge in the oreo royal. And it's all water too. Service was ok. Have yet to try the burger but drys are great. Just kinda disappointed in what I got for a blizzard. read more

The service at the drive-thru is horrible they gave me my milkshake with it running down the outside of the cup. I also ordered a triple chocolate sundae brownie that was shoved at me with my credit card and my receipt on top and not the correct receipt just my debit card receipt. Delicious food, great ice cream, good service! Now that they remodeled, it looks so pretty and flashy! Especially at night!

Good food messed up the order twice though. Sauce bar could be cleaner though. But overall a good place to hang out and good ice cream.

Love their milkshakes. Burgers are so-so, but the service is just awful. Almost everyone I met there during my two weeks in Victoria was slow, slovenly, and just appeared to be uninterested in their jobs. Several customers complained about their orders being wrong or missing parts. Despite all the DQ awards prominently displayed at the ice cream bar, the staff seemed to be confused, undertrained and overwhelmed. But I still love their milkshakes. read more
