I enjoyed the fact of not having to buy per scoop from a kid behind the counter that has skinny arms. If you get a little skinny kid with no muscle, he gives up before getting a full scoop. Here you pick the container and they fill it. That's the way ice cream buying should be. I like all the stuff that you could put in it although I did not partake of it. I got a waffle cone with coffee ice cream and double dark chocolate. Staff was friendly, store was clean. I read some of the other reviews and did not find that those problems existed. The store did not have a great smell for some reason, but it wasn't terribly bad either. I did not sit and eat my ice cream. We got it, got in the truck and headed down the road, enjoying the bovine excretion concoction. read more

Service was nice. Good selection. The ice cream was way too warm. If you plan on just picking up, don't. Your ice cream will be melted before you get home. I live 6 minutes away and the moment I opened the lid, it was literally pouring out. I had to dump it in a bowl. I don't know if their displays are kept too warm, their cold slab for mixing isn't cold enough, or a combination, but it was disappointing. I'll be going elsewhere in the future. read more

The Bad - Took the family to the Marble Slab and Ariel the manager very rude, loud obnoxious voice and would not even let her co-worker do her job. Our order was wrong and she could care less on making it right. Place was dirty No toilet paper No hand soap No napkins And to top it off her and her co-worker were in the back watching and listening to our conversation on the cameras we were having as a family about the service and calling the manager tomorrow morning on our experience and then comes out Ariel the manager saying here's your napkins and I already called my manager and do not call him tonight text him. She proceeded to pipe up with attitude arguing and keep in mind this is a young girl wearing a VE HS jacket showing no manners or respect as a manager. This is sad as this is our future. I pray for this young lady as she has a lot to learn about adult hood. I'm still in shock over her behavior and her actions. read more

This is good ice cream but I cannot rave about this place. It is not hard to mix some toppings into ice cream and put it in a cone or cup. The place is clean ant the staff/owner was very nice. He had family there. Only one complaint. The ice cream needed to start out colder/harder. This way when you mix in the "stuff" it won't be so soft hence the name. Marble Slab, the ice cream is mixed on a chilled marble slab. I am sure I will be back. The family seemed nice. I hope their business does well. read more

I ignored the ratings and thought "how bad can they mess up ice cream?" ... waste of money. They should not even offer cones. The ice cream was so soft it immediately started running through not only the bottom, but the sides of my kids cones. Sloppy awful mess that I can't believe I paid for. read more

One star is too much for this place. They didn't have any to-go containers so I asked if they could put a cup over the cup of ice cream so it wouldn't melt on the way home & they charged me for the cup itself because THEY were out of lids. I went to get a cookie dough ice cream in a cone and the girl gave me straight up cookie dough in a cone like I could legit pop it on the oven and have cookies. When I asked a different worker he said "oh she's didn't tell you" as if I was supposed to know that they sell straight up cookie dough in a cone. read more

No service recovery, ordered strawberry/banana smoothie, the banana was too ripe, tasted bad, they wouldn't exchange it for a regular milkshake without having to pay for it, really I just paid $8 for rotten bananas. I was very unhappy with my visit there at the Victoria Marble Slab. First the girl at the counter was condescending and not well informed about yogurt verses ice cream! The other problem with this place was the inappropriate music that was being played as I had my grand babies with me and the music was modern pop / hip hop with lyrics that were inappropriate!
