Appointment was set at 9 am. Person arrived at 1225. He at least called to say he would be late. Exterior window/sills/tracks to be cleaned. Windows look ok. Sills/tracks and screens are Still dirty. My husband had to go and clean each screen himself. They were "wiped" down, but debris still left. Dirty trail of water under each window. Cob webs still hanging on tracks. I worked with Nick the owner. He removed the black algae that was making the front of our stucco house look bad. Nick did an excellent job. He was accommodatin, professional and flexible. He also gave me his time, explainbig everything about stains and stucco. I gained a lot of education which I really appreciated, so I could understand what I was dealing with and the options for fixing it. His prices are very reasonable. the window washing process barely cleaned the exterior of my windows. there is no squeegee used to remove the water after cleaning so the windows were left with spots. over $200 spent for less than an hour of work and somewhat clean windows. will not use again. read more

Wow!! I had no idea how much of a difference washing our home & cleaning our windows would make to the asthetic of our house. Marcell was incredible!! He was on time, extremely polite and took the time to walk around the exterior of our home to show me what he did (and he even knocked down 2 wasp nests)! What a great job! I had James and his team out to power wash my siding and clean the Windows. I sure am glad I made the call because they did a great job!!! They were onsite for about 2 1/2 hours and worked hard the entire time. I even had one window above my basement stairs that was really hard to get to so I asked if I could add it on. The charge to add it was perfect so we did that one too! One more thing off my chore list. The prep and clean up impressed me. Very good job and once they left the ply way I ever knew they were there was the clean windows and siding!!!! Overall price was perfect! The one thing that sets Sonic Window Washing apart is James's customer service. He is great to work with and the follow up is second to none. We had the guys from Sonic out to clean our '80s stucco home. Before the cleaning there was black bio buildup on several walls of our house, there was egg residue on the stucco and windows (from teenagers a couple years ago) and the windows, all 37 of them, hadn't been washed since we moved in in 2012. All I have to say is WOW! Sonic services was on time, they didn't guarantee getting everything off, but said they'd try their best...and boy did they. My wife and I could not be more satisfied. And I'm kinda cheep...Sonic was not expensive for the amazing job they did. The stucco looks like new, all the black bio build up is gone and they were able to remove all but just a tiny bit of the egg residue leftover on the window (they didn't want to scratch the windows, so they left just a tiny bit of egg that they couldn't get off on the window which they verified with me before and after their work). The job didn't take long and the professional service is to be commended...oh, and I never give 5 star ratings. I would recommend Sonic to anyone. Thanks guys! read more

They were very efficient in responding to me about an appt, however, I was behind on my planning and got someone else to come earlier. I was beyond appreciative of their efforts to work with me and my schedule and will definitely not rule them out as a window washing option next time I need it.
