Details & Dixon's recently came out to clean my gutters. While it wasn't the first time I've used them, it was the first time I was home to see them in action--and I was genuinely impressed. They had a ladder set up on my steep pitched roof and thoroughly blew out all the gutters. It was clear they took the time to do a detailed, careful job. We scheduled Dixon's for a move-out deep clean of my mother's home. The entire house was empty, the only things left were staying in the house and the only things remaining on the floors were things every home has that you easily sweep up. They walked into the home and insultingly said there was too much debris and they wouldn't do the job-- at which time the man talking to my mother turned around and left w/o a word. I'm not kidding, the floors were dusty but in no way were there more than a few small sweepable things here and there. I was not only deeply insulted, but speechless. I couldn't imagine what they wanted. I've had cleaners before on a bi-weekly basis and my home was as messy or worse with 2 young children than my mother's was, so I have no idea what they expected. All floors were hardwood, it should have been simple. If I ran my small business this way, I'd have shut down long ago. It's rare to have this much unprofessionalism, but they more than earned this rating. My 76 year old mother was in tears after they left. It takes a LOT to make my mother cry, these guys did it. read more

This is the 3rd time we have used Details & Dixon. Each time the crew (s) were professional, efficient, courteous, and told us what and how they were going to perform the service. The 1st 2 times were for window cleaning and dryer duct cleaning. The latest was for house washing by Tate and Dylan. Each crew was very customer service oriented and it seemed they tried to outdo each other in the customer service department. We will definitely use them again in the future. read more

I was referred to Dixon's by a trusted friend and the experience from start to finish was nothing less than perfection! The responded immediately to my inquiry and had an estimate emailed to me before I had a chance to even wonder (love that!).... I was impressed at the competitive quote and accepted immediately. They returned my email (they gave options for phone or email communication preferences) with a very prompt offer for date and time and any details that needed to be considered for me to then accept or counter. Since my windows are new and we're installed less than three years ago I chose the outside only option. They arrived the day promised only earlier than expected (I noted on my email that since we are currently working from home they needn't worry about the timing- we would be there. It was lightly snowing so they offered to reschedule if I preferred but I suggested they could continue unless it was prohibitive to the work. This was the third time I've used Details and Dixon to clean my windows. Team members Travis and Dylan arrived at the exact time the appointment was scheduled for. Upon entering my home, they put on protective shoe covers that they wore until they left which I appreciated as I have light carpeting throughout much of the house. LOUSY AND SPOTTY HOUSE CLEANING. I hired them for a big cleaning of our dusty house and they charged accordingly, I wanted them to be compensated well. When I got home the house was not clean. I called, and they came back immediately with more people to redo what they had missed and a shift manager in tow. Watching them was appalling, and they clearly did not really clean well. All the floors were still dusty after they mopped. So bad.... I will not ever use them again. read more

I have been using Dixon's Home Services to clean my gutters in the fall for a number of years and recently had them power wash my house. I previously had an individual who had been doing this chore for, me but he decided to retire. So based on my previous experience I decided to give Dixon's a try - I certainly wasn't going to do it myself. It is really convenient to have a established business that you can turn to for services that you would prefer not to do your self. It can be hard to locate an individual provider to do these jobs and often when you find someone they aren't dependable or move on to something else leaving you to search for another provider. The crew that power washed my house did an excellent job. They arrived on time and the foreman went over the job with me and made some suggestions and then they went right to work. They really seemed to care about doing a good job. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend Dixon's and will definitely use them in the future. read more

We've been using Dixon's for over 10 years now, hiring them at least once a year and sometimes twice to clean our windows. They are EXCELLENT. Each time they've been here, the team has done an A+ job. Today they came again to clean our windows for summer, and I think it was Austin who came. He was great----friendly, super quality-focused and FAST. Like always, they clean both the inside and outside of the windows, and clean the screens. They are perfect. It's always a treat, and the official kick-off of summer to actually be able to see through our windows after the winter grime. I highly recommend this company. read more

After hiring Dixon's to do window cleaning for many years the new crew came out, misplaced many clips on the window grids and damaged the trim around the windows. When called to their attention they denied any culpability. We will certainly never use them again and felt the need to share our experience. read more

Dixons does a great job and my windows always look great after the job is done. They have great communication skills , email you right away and can get your windows done in a timely fashion. The washers showed up on time. The only complaint I have is their clean up isn't the best. My alarm clock was unplugged, kitchen sill items weren't put back and the stuff from the gutters were on the driveway. I would use them again but would have to share the feedback. read more

We're very dissatisfied with the service from Dixon's. We contacted Dixon's in August for Gutter service, because there were some good reviews online. Upon requesting service, we were told they couldn't provide any timeframe for service and it would happen when they were in our area. We were told that we would get notice well beforehand. We were notified an hour before service. The appointment was 3:30p on November 3rd, over 2 months after service was requested. We only received any communication an hour before the appointment, 2:19p on Nov 8th. Minimum should be 24 hours, or at least the day before so we could plan for it. With COVID and working from home, it was by chance I happened to check my email a few minutes before my appointment time, however I wasn't able to meet with the team. The appointment was confirmed for 3:30p according to email, team shows up at 4:25p. I took time off from work, but wasn't able to meet with them because it was so long after their scheduled time. We never received the promised call from the team when they were on the way or with a more precise ETA. Notes? Where are the notes? The phone operator that took the service request, and operator the day of service when I checked to see where the team was, told me an assessment of my gutters and downspouts would be provided. Did they even do my downspouts? Nothing other than a bill. Pictures, there is no proof that any service was done, other than some noise and a bill. Would not recommend. read more

After their two-man team cleaned our gutters, I gave Dixon's a five-star rating. When I received their invoice, I had a very different opinion. The two-man crew spent forty minutes at our house. They cleaned our gutters. But, I was appalled by the more than $300 charge. I've always cleaned my own gutters. That is exactly where I'm headed next fall. I hired Dixon's to wash my windows a few weeks ago. Wayne and Alex did a very efficient job and were very friendly. My windows gleamed when they finished and they cleaned up very nicely. My only complaint/issue is pricing. I did an online estimate and when the team arrived said my windows would be $100-130 more due to they type of window. Since I already cleared my schedule I was fine with that. However when I got the bill it was $166 more. Disappointed by the up charge. read more
