I was due for a licensure renewal. I went to another business, and 2 of my appointments were canceled. In an effort to get this done as soon as possible, I extended my radius and was sent here. Honestly, I am glad I was because it seems this business knows what they're doing and have their process down. I was out the doors before my scheduled appointment time because it went that smoothly. The employee who assisted me was amazing and made small talk so that it wasn't awkward. I'm sure we could have been bffs, for sure! Thank you for the speedy service and clear communication about the process following the printing. I will be back next time I am up for renewal. On a side note, I was surprised to learn how many ways drugs can be tested for these days! Amazing! I may even be in for other services offered at some point. Who knows? Also, upon returning home, I had already received notification from DPS that my prints had been received. Honestly this was way easier than I had imagined. read more

Horrible service. They do not stick to appointment times. I came to my appointment on time and they only had two people in the entire waiting room. It took them 20 mins to call me back just for an 8min appointment to get my finger prints done. The employees are rude. The lady with the red hair is cool but The employees don't care or respect peoples time. They need more training. read more

I get walked back to the bathroom and immediately can tell this is not a professional establishment. The red tape that is already ripped and looks like feces smeared around them. I almost turned out round and walked out at that point but had to do it for my job The lady then had me wash my hands, and gave me a cup and said don't flush The door was wide open and I felt uncomfortable so I asked if I may shut the door and she snickered something but I shut it. It is 110 plus today and my AC is broken in my car I'm not making excuses this is the truth, i hand her the cup and she says "wash your hands", she holds up a DeWalt or similar temp gun... yes, you heard that right, a construction tool and immediately says it's too hot, there was no thermometer attached to the cup nor did she allow me to see the temp gun readout. This wasn't right. I gave her my own pee and then she claimed it wasn't the right temp after taking it from me and having me turn around and wash my hands. what she was talking about, she then began belittling me and telling me that I had to sit there and wait for a guy to come and watch me pee. There was no guy there, nor did she give me a timeline. Look, i would have gladly stayed in the A/C had she not continued with the belligerent accusations, incorrectly stating that I had a "new wet spot on my trousers", and that I must have used something other than my own urine. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, I asked her to check the cameras to see if my wet spot was new..her response to the latter was "leave or I'll call the police". I wanted the job, was super excited about my boss but this was too much. I have already taken another job unfortunately, yes I even took another test. I just do not have time for these games. I hope my would be employer requests the footage. I am sure I am not the first nor the last to have been publicly humiliated there. I should also elaborate on the wet spot, I was already having a horrible day, my Corvette literally locked up on me while backing up in the driveway, first world problems I know, I know but still. Anyways, I therfeore was forced to drive my neighbor's s a/c'less truck, for which I am tremendously grateful for. It was going to be a 45 min drive so I stopped to pick up a bag of ice, which I set on my lap to stay cool,( yes I have a timestamped receipt for that), the whole way there. I will post pictures ... go ahead and pay them a visit to see the condition of the facilities, the way they handle chain of custody (non existent), HIPA (she was extremely loud about this so called high temperature, go at your own risk. Is there not a regulatory body for these places? I am sure they will be cleaning up the place after this review, and if not, well then you'll see for yourself. HR folks, do your company a favor and actually drop in and ask for a tour .. or just try and be a fly on the wall to see the level of professionalism that they don't have there. I would be weary of these vigilanty style places. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Too bad I can't leave the stars blank, as I would. My husband was at SonicTest Labs of Tempe at approx. 4:00 PM on April 20, 2020. He had contacted the lab twice before arriving and was reassured that they would do the pre-employment drug screening needed for his new job. When we got there, the boy manning the desk stated that 'everyone went home already' and that he could not do the test. My husband told the boy that he was reassured that the test could be completed and the boy then mumbled something about COVID-19. There was at least one other person there for a pre-employment test and she was refused also. A FedEx driver was trying to pick up a package and the boy gave him a hard time as well, complaining he was the only one there. There were no signs stating that pre-employment screenings were not being done. Congratulations SonicTest, you just cost two people their new jobs because the boy at the desk didn't seem to want to work. read more

I had a drug test done recently and was told I would receive the results 24-72 hours later. It has now been over a week and I still haven't received the results for my test. The turnaround time is awful and I would not recommend using this company ever read more

Fast, considerate, and efficient. My employer asks for drug tests every two years, so off I went. I expected the place to be crowded, but they weren't, and they took me right away. There is a lot of rigamarole to go through when you give a urine test, but they do a great job of guiding you through it. Nothing is ambiguous, and you know exactly what to do. Everything went really smoothly. There's no pulling a fast one on these folks--don't even try it. This is the place to go if you want lab work done right. read more

Yesterday I went into your lab in Mesa and Becca was there and she was just so helpful and she always is she's by far one of the nicest people that I've ever worked with in any lab it's always a pleasure to go in and speak to her and do my test with her. Went in on a Friday around 5:50 with my friends for one of them to get a test done. It was her first time doing something like this, especially a walk-in, so she wasnt sure what to do. The others and I were helping her as she asked us questions, but the woman who was behind the front desk was very rude and impatient. She kept rushing us when we were looking at the tests and told us "are you here for a test or not?" in a very rude tone. Literally gave us no time to even decide and made my friend panic in the situation. We left. Probably never going to go back. read more

The visit was extremely fast and the staff was courteous and helpful. My employer as well as the third party my employer hired to conduct my background check were clueless about obtaining a drug test and the protocols behind that, Gary broke down the entire process as well as made sure I understood what necessary steps I needed to take in order to pass on the accurate information to the back ground company. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process and I appreciated the time he took out of his day to save me from losing my mind going back and fourth from different labs and miss communication through the other parties. Best place in town for a piss test unless you are going to try to cheat it! Notice I said "going to try", they will catch you no question! They are well trained, know the tricks/what to look for, are by to book and no nonsense. You get in and out quickly, which I can appreciate. (unless you try a stupid human trick) They will not waste your time or money and are great folks to interact with, even the Owner Gary. I needed to take a drug test for possible employment, and I was curious of their hours, so I sent a message on their website very late at night. I received a response from the manager, Veronica about an hour later, and I was just so surprised to hear back from an actual person, especially close to midnight! She gave me details about coming in and what I needed to know and bring. This made the trip to take my test the next morning much easier and I was better prepared from Veronica's e-mail. Poor customer service I understand one person working but communication needs to be clear when people call into the office for information. I called in at 11:10 on a Saturday morning needing a last-minute drug test for my newly acquired job. I spoke with Shane who was on duty at the time and he told me that he I was still able to come in and do a drug test I told him I was on my way I arrived at 11:32 and waited until 11:48 for him to come to the front desk. I had two people behind me waiting that came in within a minute of me arriving. Shane then informed us that he takes his last person at 11:30 and no one was here when he tested a lady at 1130 and said we'd have to come back on Monday. I had to call the front desk for him to even come check the front. The whole point of calling was to find out if there was a cut off time for check-in or if they were closing soon he could've informed me then that he no longer takes walk-ins at 11:30 and save me time and gas and also let me schedule at another clinic other than them. This was my first experience with sonic test labs at this location it was a poor experience because of miscommunication and misinformation, please work on that and schedule two people on Saturdays if possible. read more

The people who work there deserve the 5 stars, but the so called "owner" sucks. The owner is rude and belligerent, was yelling at the employees in front of everyone, completely unprofessional, and ignorant. This is the reason I got onto yelp, to let others know how horrible that Gary guy is. Call in advanced, just to make sure he's not there. If he is, there will most likely be an argument and yelling. I don't know how he became an owner, but he doesn't act like one. If i ever worked for someone who treats their employees like that, it would not be for long. If I could give negative stars I Would! The techs are fine. But Gary the owner was rude as heck. he pushed his fat body into me with out an "excuse me" or anything! Telling the new girl don't do this, don't do that in front of me a customer. I could be a CEO or VP of HR looking to hire a new drug testing place. He was just flat out RUDE! I asked him, Excuse me, but what is your title here? He was like the Janitor. I said, right.... Well your customer service is horrible and you are rude to your trainees! As a mentor, you are supposed to coach your employees not belittle them and treat them like garbage. This is what he did. read more
