I decided it was time for a change. I was not feeling very hopeful. Until, I meet with Kristie from CG Realtors group. Immediately, I was impressed with her. She brought all comps for the area (others did not) and told me my was house was priced right. I did not hear the usual "it has been on the market awhile you need to drop the price." There were not typical realtor lines. She explained her marketing strategy. I liked she did not think her job began by taking pictures and ended with listing the property on the web. My property was under contract within 2-3 weeks of listing with her. We were a week away from closing when the deal went south. It is November and traditionally not many deals happen then; however, I had CG Realtors Group working for me. Within 2 weeks, we were under contract again. This time there was a bonus - We closed EARLY! HARD WORK, DEDICATION, AND A TEAM THAT WORKS WELL TOGETHER are only some of the many attributes that make up CG Realtors Group. Everyone I came into contact with at CG was pleasant and performed their work in a timely manner. I worked with other Keller Williams Metro groups and Krisitie's group far surpassed them in efficiency, ethics, willingness to go the extra mile. She definitely listens to her clients needs and works hard to meet them. It was a most pleasurable experience working with a top notch agent such as Kristie. She is truly a top notch realtor. I have bought and sold many homes throughout my life but I would never use another realtor. I believe this problem started after I filed an eviction in Harris county. 4 days after I filed eviction, I started getting an average of 4 calls a day from these people try to get me to sell my rental house. They were very pushy and asked questions that was none of their business and became agitated when I refused to answer the questions. I did notify each different agent that called that I was on the do not call list, but the call still kept coming in. When I did not pick up the phone, I started getting annoying texts from them. I got so fed up I called the office and told him do not call me ever again. Guess what a week later they still call me several times a day. These scumbags will keep calling you till you sell your house through then. Reported these people to the FCC.

A toilet downstairs had a crack in its base that was clued, we didn't see that until after the paper was sent. My husband notified him and told him. He said he never was told LIE again! So here in Txs landlords have you by the balls! They can do anything unless you're an honest person but this man or owner aren't those kind of men!Out of our Deposit of 2650$ we got 1050$ back. We got charged 450$ for a toilet that cracked when we moved in! They charged us 400$for house cleaning, no furniture no nothing in the house! I cleaned top to bottom and my house was Always Spotless! Rug cleaning 375$ we cked that out it was 250$ Rug was spotless! A tube light in garage that was out when moved in and they didn't fix they chged us 75$, valve leak we had to fix but chged us again when No leak was there 125$ plus 175$ for sheet rock for that valve! This Realtor and owner are liars thieves and people that make our world less kind and make you question humanity! We wld always have to wait days for response!
