When we raised concerns or asked questions during the buying process, Fabiola made us feel like we were being unreasonable. She never supported us and sided with the builder every single time, prioritizing her relationship with them over us as her clients. We had to negotiate everything ourselves--she was no help at all. Even when it came to selling our home, she tried to list it way below market value so she could sell it quickly and brag about closing in less than a week. Her focus was on making a fast sale, not getting us the best price. When we refused her lowball strategy, she went as far as threatening to cancel our contract, forcing us to either comply or find a new realtor and pay higher commissions. Fabiola is dishonest and manipulative, bringing in false information from the builder and constantly pushing us to buy a Highland Home, even when we clearly didn't want to. Anything we shared with her was immediately relayed back to the builder, destroying our ability to negotiate fairly. If you're considering working with Fabiola Dueñas or Forza Real Estate, stay far away. She's unethical, biased, and will not represent your interests. In a phone conversation (which was not recorded), we expressed this to Audra before signing the final agreement. She assured us that it would be removed from the contract and told us not to worry about delaying the signing. We later discovered that the refrigerator was never excluded. On closing day, we signed the documents believing it had been removed, only to find out afterward that it had not. After we moved out, the buyers contacted us and requested that we return or replace the fridge -- which we were contractually obligated to do due to this oversight. When we approached Audra about the issue, she denied any responsibility and refused to acknowledge the mistake or offer reimbursement. We were left to absorb the full cost of the error. This experience was frustrating and disappointing -- both financially and professionally. We expected our agent to act with diligence and integrity, and unfortunately, that did not happen. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this agent and would strongly advise future sellers to review all documentation carefully -- even verbal assurances may not be honored.

There has been new management coming in and out every couple of months. I know things happen, but I at least I expected the new management to be better at returning phone calls, or even picking up the phone during office hours.... Is that too much to ask for?! So I went to the office to pay rent (which was late yes, family emergencies do happen) and when I arrived I had to wait a bit due to the lady being on the phone selling a car. So I waited while she gave directions to someone who wanted to take a look at the car she was selling. By the way this was during office hours. I paid rent and let her know about the mold issue, which she wrote down my house number and said that Ronnie would stop by to check it out. That was February. After another sick visit to th hospital we decided to talk to family to just get out of this place. My anxiety is thru the roof! I've spoken to previous and new management for months and NOTHING has happened. And now there is a 24hr check on mold?! So what happened in Dec? Jan? Feb?
