After reaching out to him immediately, from the Erie Bar Offices, to obtain this consolation that I paid $50 for to Erie County Bar Association's Lawyer Referral & Information Service. Mr Karle informed me that he was busy and could not schedule any appointments until after the new year. I agreed and ask when would be best to contact him. He sad on 1/2/2025 after 9 AM. I called at 9:00 as it was on my schedule. He returned my call that same day at about 1:00 PM. During this call he said that he could not meet with until 1/6/2025 which didn't fit my schedule so he was proposing 1/9-10/2025. An dI said can we do it remotely. To which he responded yes and continued to ask me questions about the case for about 20 mins. Was this the 30 min consolation that I paid for? After which he said that he was not interested in the case as it thought that it could be potentially bigger than he had the ambition to Take on. I said ok, but just to confirm that the reason he was not going to honor the 300-min consolation that paid for was that the case was too complicated for his liking? I am only asking as I=I will include that in my online review. To which he responded "whatever" and hung up on me! When someone is in desperate need of legal service and has to wait over 20 days to even book an appointment and is treated so very poorly I feel it an obligation to express that behavior! It puts client at risk that may need MUCH quicker responses for their own legal needs. He lacks complete professionalism! And in my opinion treats his business as a side hustle or a hobby, looking for easy case to take on? He lacks any scheduling online which is inconvenient to say the least. -Jason

This was reported by two different teachers and turned over to Northwestern legal. The attorney that was given the case had to file for an extension because a day before the trial she was unaware and not prepared for the case. Once the trial started the attorney never cross-examined the defendant's witnesses and her argument was one of the most unprofessional and out of touch arguments I have ever witnessed. Now because of this unprofessional and inexperienced attorney my niece is back in a worse situation with this predator. If you are appointed the Northwestern Leal Services, I would highly recommend to seek other legal counsel because the attorney they give you does not care. Them people are there for a paycheck not to help. Tax dollars at work, what a joke.

He then filed a claim in court saying I never paid him to a address I didn't live at. I just recently found this out when applying for a car loan.almost seven years after the fact and Find a court claim against me. I was never notified about this hearing. I lived over 100 miles from the address the courts had on file. This is my deal with this firm and do not recommend them.
