Sonny was very professional and scheduled my pickup, he checked in with me several times before the appointment. They were very efficient in getting things loaded. I am so grateful for his help to get my items hauled away. I plan to use his services again. Prices were fair and service very professional. There are others in Tucson that would rip you off, but this company is reliable and trustworthy. Now days we don't get to say that much. I needed a very large brush pile removed. I found 3 different companies on Craigslist. First one was way overpriced, second one was less but more than I had budgeted and did not have the proper tools. I contacted Sonny and told him my budget (half of the first guys estimate). he said he could do that and very important: he had the right tool which in this case is a skid loader with grappler attachment. (This tool allowed him and his assistant to do a job in about 5 hours what would take a crew of ten guys probably 10 hours.) Sonny was professional and cleared away even small bits and pieces: I wasn't expecting that. When it comes to this kind of work, there are lots of people that will overcharge and/or not do a great job. First time I used this service was fine but after that, all downhill. Made arrangements for work that he wanted to schedule on a Sunday. Waited almost an hour and he was a no-show! He forgot! When the job got rescheduled, he changed the time making quite apparent that the job was not going to get done. I feel very lucky to have contracted with Sonny to clean out this property. I'm not sure how the project would've gone without him. I am from out of state and I was purchasing this distressed property to make a home for my sister in law to live in. The home was occupied by a variety of non-owners who had been piling junk up. A day after I spoke with Sonny on the phone he visited the property to make a quote and spoke with the occupiers. I believe his firm and polite presence allowed us to transition them off property with no ugliness. When I arrived to close he was able to give me a firm quote. That shows a lot of professionalism, since it was a really huge job. It's a 7000 square-foot lot covered in all kinds of stuff including a boat. I let him know I was constrained for time so he got right on it the next day and got so much done including interior demo work that hadn't been part of the first quote that I had no problem paying a large deposit upfront. Unfortunately, there was an escrow problem. We had to stop work for a couple days. When the problem was resolved Sonny was right back on the job the next day. in just two days, it was finished. I was amazed. You can see from the photos that there was an incredible amount of work interior and out. (not to mention the tree that had fallen on the roof.) I was working on projects while they were doing the demo and clean out. I got a chance to hear Sonny handle his customers in a honest and professional manner. I also witnessed him, guiding his crew to his very high standards. His crew was great. I was comfortable and felt secure with them. I found Sonny on Google/yelp. even though he has a great rating with the BBB, his one bad review on yelp gave me pause. however, when I checked that reviewer's other reviews, I found that she had never had a good experience with anyone ever and that review should not and does not represent Sonny's work. I left Sonny with the keys and codes to the property in case my sister-in-law had an emergency because I have so much trust in him. read more

Great service, punctual, reliable, reasonable, and responsive. I had a positive experience with this company. I'm a REALTOR and my clients bought a house that was occupied. When the seller moved out, they left an ample of junk & debris at the property. Myself and the seller's agent jumped in action and called Sonny on a Saturday afternoon. We needed the property to be cleaned out & all the debris is gone by 10:00am the next day (Sunday.) Sunday morning I showed up with my clients and Sonny and his wife were just pulling out. NOT ONLY DID HE RIP ME OFF, HE CAME ON MY 5 ACRES AND USED HIS TRACTOR TO VANDILIZE MY PROPERTY! I had a big job for him so the $1,200 estimate he gave me was somewhat reasonable. He told me he would need to bring in his crew . Good morning he showed up he was supposed to give me a written estimate . I asked him where the written estimate was when they started to work, he said his girlfriend would be bringing it in later. Never did get that, gee I wonder why? I checked periodically through the day because when he showed up it was just him and his brother. I never did see His Four Man Crew . When he was about to leave, both his truck and the trailer were full . He told me that he would be back the next morning to get the rest of the trash . He insisted that I pay because he had to take all the trash to the dump and it was going to be a fair amount of money for the fees. Like a dumbass I believed him . ​ I called him off and on for the next couple of days , it took him more than a month to come back to get the rest of the trash and to finish up the job. ​ when I did speak to him the following month he told me that he finished the job at the time he was here that day . I told him he did not and he proceeded to hang up on me . So I texted him and brought up each of the things he was supposed to do and each time I did he said to me that I was correct that he was supposed to do that particular thing . Now if he's giving me the written estimate, this wouldn't have been a problem. So he came back about a week after the phone call and text messages . Cleaned up a small portion of what was still left but told me to give him some time that he would get back to me . 2 months later I sent him a text message I was not rude but I wasn't friendly. About a week after that he showed up with his tractor . I thought ," finally! " ​I did not want to speak with him and he left about an hour and a half later . 2 days later when I went outside I was appalled when I saw that instead of moving the barrel that he was supposed to move among other things, that he had literally vandalized my property and put loads of trash in my access road to my barn . That access road is because I split my property up to sell it in four different parcels. I cannot get my completed permits from the county until the access road is accessible! He immediately blocked me from being able to call him . I will be seeing him in small claims court . I have photos and I called the sheriff and filed a police report . I am so sick and tired of lazy people in this town . But for him to get angry with me because I wanted him to finish what I paid him to do?! What the heck is this world coming to!
