Not only did they assemble my trike for a great price, but Tony also helped me load it on my modified motorcycle rack. He also spent the time to help with another modification to keep the exhaust from my car damaging the rear tires. Didn't even know that was a possibility! I recently went to Bicycle Station to ask them to look at this brand new bike that had been in our barn all winter. A friend of ours moved to FL and left it behind for me to sell it for her. She bought it brand new and never road it. No one did. From sitting in the barn for 1.2 years, the tires were flat, and it needed new tubes. I can't express the kindness and quick service. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend this bike shop. I did Customer Service for over 30 years before retiring, so I am very aware of GOOD CS where ever I go and whomever I do business with. Wow! I took my bike to a shop in Portland before I moved away. They took a week to just look at it. Then washed it and added a part they charged 3x for, neither of which I requested. They said it had a list of items that needed fixed and would be a 7 week wait, $170 on top of the extra $50 they tried to charge for funsies, with a suggestion of $3-400 more to optionally replace the forks that "might've" not been working properly and weren't replaceable. Now I realize they were trying to push me buy a new bike. Plus they treated me like I ate babies. Brought it to Bicycle Station and the mechanic found everything in perfect working order. Tightened it up and got it ready for me to ride after being kicked around while moving. And charged me *nothing!* I was greeted with a big smile and treated with respect and given answers to all my questions. What a stark difference! I have a 10+ year old bike that hadn't been ridden in many many years. Brought it in to see if it could be salvaged with a tune up. Hunter greeted us the minute we walked in, and immediately took a look at the bike and made some adjustments, put air in the tires, and confirmed it was still in very good condition. However, I fell in love with a Specialized bike while I was there... so, we will be going back to buy it when they are able to get my size in stock!! Super helpful, friendly and accommodating. It may seem strange that an avid runner would stop by a bicycle store, but that's what I did. You see, I was searching for energy gels and I had not found what I wanted. So, I visited the Bicycle Station and spoke with the store owner, Patrick. I told him all gels I'd tried either hadn't provided the energy I needed for my long runs, or they left me feeling sick to my stomach, or I crashed from a sugary high. Patrick introduced me to "Hammer Gels" and told me a great deal about how they work and gave me a couple samples to try. A week later I was back, totally in love with "Montana Huckleberry!" Now I use Hammer Gels even when I do short, 3-4 mile runs. Hammer Gel's give me the energy I need for a good run, especially when I do an early morning run. And if I choose to go long they're easy to carry in my shorts or pack! I love the taste and I have no GI problems during or after runs or a race. Great customer service from start to finish. I had purchased a bike online and needed it assembled. I walked in and was greeted right away and I said I needed a bike assembled from a box, he offered to help me haul it in the store. Took me back and got all my info and said it would be done by Wednesday. Monday afternoon I received an e-mail saying my bike was complete and ready for pickup. I was riding my bike on the Cheyenne Greenway on a Saturday afternoon in July. My rear shifter was not shifting the chain on the sprocket. Stellar! My wife and I were passing through and on the hunt for a quality bike saddle that would fit my abnormal backside for the long gruelling rides i do. Bike shops can really be hit or miss and this one is definitely a home run. From the interaction with a staff member on my inquiry call i knew i wanted to stop. Walking in the door i was impressed with the layout and nice selection. The owner Patrick greeted me and immediately got to work understanding my need and explaining the available solutions. He wanted to ensure i only bought a saddle that was going to work great, so without appointment he offered to put my bike on the trainer and try some saddle options. His 30 or so years of bike industry knowledge combined with his gentle servant heart made saddle shopping an enjoyable success. The rest of the staff were great as well. If i lived closer this would be my new favorite shop. read more

Awesome people. Went in for a new chain. Turns out I just needed an adjustment on the derailleur. It's really nice to see a shop not take advantage of people. Also they are true experts. On our way to the Tetons and got rear ended in a gas station. Our bikes took the hit. Stopped in Cheyenne to get them fixed and checked out. This place was awesome! Replaced broken spokes and made sure rims were not bent! Great customer service, honest and friendly! If I didn't live 1000 miles away I would use this shop for all my bike needs!! Just bought a Specialized CrossTrail Sport disc today. Three years ago purchased a Hard Rock from them. Pleased with the staff's knowledge, input, suggestions. Bikes tend to be on the low end of MSRP, which is great. Only negative thing I can say is that both times I walked my new bike out of the shop with a misaligned seat and low air pressure. Other than that the shop and staff are top-tier. read more

Patrick, the owner, is amazing. An employee left my wife & me hanging, and as soon as Patrick found out he called my wife to apologize and accepted full responsibility. The next day he spent two and a half hours helping my wife choose and order an amazing bike. And when the bike arrives in three days he is going to come in on his day off to set it up and fit it to her.
